Besidomintieji edukologijos doktorantūra užsienio universitetuose gali pretenduoti į valstybės paramą studijuoti nemokamai.
Įstojusiesiems į edukologijos doktorantūrą geriausiuose pasaulio universitetuose ir įsipareigojusiesiems po studijų baigimo sugrįžti dirbti į Lietuvą valstybė numato skirti daugiau nei 45 tūkst. eurų per metus studijų kainai padengti.
„Lietuvai reikia daugiau tarptautinio lygmens, novatoriškų, kuo įvairesnės patirties sukaupusių edukologijos mokslininkų. Kviečiame visus susidomėjusius šiuo keliu pretenduoti į gilias edukologijos tradicijas turinčius geriausius pasaulio universitetus, o baigus studijas grįžti į Lietuvos mokslo ir studijų institucijas ir prisidėti prie edukologijos mokslų stiprinimo tėvynėje“, – sako švietimo, mokslo ir sporto viceministras Justas Nugaras.
Norintieji pretenduoti į valstybės finansavimą studijoms turi būti įstoję arba pakviesti studijuoti edukologijos krypties doktorantūros programose užsienio valstybių aukštosiose mokyklose, patenkančiose tarp pirmųjų 200 aukštųjų mokyklų bent viename iš 3 pasaulinių reitingų: Times Higher Education World University Rankings, QS World University Rankings, Academic Ranking of World Universities.
Valstybės finansavimą gavęs studentas įsipareigotų per 5 metų laikotarpį po studijų užsienyje baigimo ne trumpiau kaip 3 metus dirbti aukštojo mokslo kvalifikacijos reikalaujančiose darbo vietose Lietuvoje ar Lietuvos diplomatinėse atstovybėse, konsulinėse įstaigose, specialiosiose misijose arba tarptautinėse organizacijose, kurių narė yra Lietuva, arba Lietuvos mokslo ir studijų institucijose.
Iš viso numatyta finansuoti 15 doktorantų studijas užsienyje. Valstybės finansavimas bus suteikiamas visam doktorantūros studijų laikotarpiui.
Artimiausias kvietimas edukologijos doktorantams teikti prašymus ir pretenduoti į valstybės finansavimą bus paskelbtas 2024 m. gegužę. Prašymų priėmimo, paramos skyrimo ir kitas konkurso sąlygas galima rasti Valstybinio studijų fondo interneto svetainėje.
Edukologijos doktorantų paramai numatytas 2,6 mln. eurų finansavimas iš 2021–2027 m. Europos Sąjungos fondų lėšų.
