Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerija (SADM) bei savanorystę skatinanti ir pokyčio per savanorystę visuomenėje siekianti organizacija „SAVA Visiems” jau ketvirtus metus, minint Tarptautinę savanorių dieną, rengia apdovanojimus, skirtus padėkoti daugiausiai nuveikusiems bei įkvėpimu tapusiems savanoriams ir organizacijoms. Iki lapkričio 9 d. visi mūsų visuomenės nariai kviečiami teikti kandidatus apdovanojimams. Laimėtojai bus pagerbti iškilmingame renginyje gruodžio 5 d.
„Savanorystė – tai ne tik pagalba kitiems, bet ir kelias į savęs atradimą bei asmeninį augimą. Ji sujungia žmones bendram tikslui, yra neatsiejama mūsų pilietiškumo dalis ir skatina kurti teigiamus pokyčius. Džiaugiamės galėdami įvertinti tuos, kurie puoselėja savanorystę Lietuvoje ir skiria savo laiką neatlygintinai, padėdami kitiems“, – sako socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministras Vytautas Šilinskas.
Pasaulyje gruodžio 5 d. kasmet minima Tarptautinė savanorių diena, kuri yra skirta supažindinti visuomenę ir paskatinti susidomėjimą savanoryste. Lietuvoje įsitraukimas į savanorišką veiklą žymiai išaugo pandemijos metu ir prasidėjus karui Ukrainoje, kuomet gyventojai ėmėsi savanoriauti ir padėti gerais darbais atliepiant į krizines situacijas.
Nevyriausybinių organizacijų teigimu, savanorių poreikis yra nuolatinis ir jų pagalbos reikia ne tik didmiesčiuose gerai žinomoms nevyriausybinėms organizacijoms, bet ir mažiau žinomoms regioninėms organizacijoms, veikiančioms mažesniuose miestuose ir miesteliuose.
Šiais metais savanoriai ir organizacijos bus apdovanoti vienuolikoje kategorijų, padėsiančių atrasti reikšmingų pokyčių kūrėjus: savanorių lyderius, ilgalaikės savanorystės puoselėtojus, jaunimo atstovus, bendradarbiavimo iniciatyvas, savanorių koordinatorius ir pažangiausias ne pelno siekiančias organizacijas.
Kviečiama siūlyti kandidatus nominacijoms iki lapkričio 9 d. užpildant elektroninę formą. Kandidatus galima teikti vienoje ar daugiau kategorijų.
