Saugomų kilmės vietos ar geografinių nuorodų, garantuotų tradicinių gaminių, ekologiškų ar nacionalinės maisto kokybės sistemos produktų gamintojai kviečiami teikti paraiškas paramai gauti.
Paraiškas pagal Pagalbos kokybiškų žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų gamybai skatinti teikimo taisykles galima teikti iki rugpjūčio 25 d.
Priemonei finansuoti skirta 61 tūkst. eurų. Tai jau antras toks paraiškų rinkimas šiais metais.
Pareiškėjais gali būti fiziniai ir juridiniai asmenys, vykdantys kokybiškų žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų pirminę gamybą ar perdirbimą, išskyrus žuvininkystės ir akvakultūros produktus. Taip pat ir asociacijos ar pripažinti žemės ūkio kooperatyvai, kurių nariai gamina šiuos produktus.
100 proc. finansuojamos saugomų nuorodų ir NKP produktų specifikacijų parengimo išlaidos. Taip pat iš dalies atlyginamos kokybiško žemės ūkio ir maisto produkto etiketės ir (ar) prekinės pakuotės dizaino sukūrimo, prekinės pakuotės gamybos, etiketės spausdinimo išlaidos, sertifikavimo bei kontrolės išlaidos. Pagalbos dydis šioms išlaidoms labai mažoms įmonėms gali siekti iki 60 proc., kitoms įmonėms – iki 50 proc., neatskaičiavus tiesioginių mokesčių.
Kur ir kaip teikti paraiškas?
Paramos paraiška skelbiama Nacionalinės mokėjimo agentūros prie Žemės ūkio ministerijos svetainėje.
Paraiška ir pridedami dokumentai pildomi lietuvių kalba, teikiami pasirašyti kvalifikuotu elektroniniu parašu, juos siunčiant el. paštu [email protected], pateikiant paramos paraišką ir skenuotus prašomus dokumentus.
Paramos paraiškos, mokėjimo prašymai, kiti dokumentai gali būti teikiami šiais formatais: DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PDF. Vienu metu gali būti įkeliami ne didesni nei 25 MB apimties dokumentai, didesnės apimties dokumentai gali būti išskaidyti ir teikiami per kelis kartus. Jeigu dokumentai siunčiami ne vienu metu, jie turi būti pateikti tą pačią dieną.
Dėl kenkėjiškų programų tikimybės dokumentai negali būti pateikiami nuorodose. Paraiška ir prašomi dokumentai turi būti pateikti ne vėliau kaip iki kvietimo teikti paramos paraiškas paskutinės dienos 24 valandos. Paraiška ir prašomi dokumentai gali būti pasirašyti ir pateikti teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka įgalioto asmens. Kitais būdais pateikta paraiška nevertinama.
