Nuo šiandien, balandžio 15 d., ūkininkai gali elektroniniu būdu įbraižyti deklaruojamų laukų ribas Paraiškų priėmimo informacinėje sistemoje (PPIS) ir pradėti pildyti žemės ūkio naudmenų ir pasėlių deklaravimo paraiškas, kurias patvirtinti bus galima iškart, kai tik bus gautas oficialus Europos Komisijos patvirtinimas dėl Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano keitimų.
Kiekvieną ketvirtadienį bus rengiamos ir nuotolinės ūkininkų konsultacijos. Pirmoji vyks šį ketvirtadienį, balandžio 18 d., 8 val.Prisijungti prie susitikimo galima čia.
Žemės ūkio naudmenų ir pasėlių deklaravimas – vienas svarbiausių procesų žemės ūkyje, tad ūkininkai ir valstybės institucijos aktyviai jam ruošiasi.
Ūkininkus geros agrarinės ir aplinkosaugos būklės, žemės ūkio veiklos valdymo reikalavimų, tiesioginių išmokų taisyklių klausimais konsultuos Žemės ūkio ministerijos, Nacionalinės mokėjimo agentūros, VĮ Žemės ūkio duomenų centro specialistai. Nuotolinio prisijungimo nuoroda bus paskelbta ŽŪM interneto svetainėje ir socialiniuose tinkluose artėjant renginiui.
Turintys klausimų, susijusių su pasėlių deklaravimu, juos gali atsiųsti ir e. paštu [email protected].
Nacionalinė mokėjimo agentūra išleido specialų informacinį laikraštį, kuris paskelbtas NMA ir ŽŪM interneto svetainėse, jis bus nemokamai dalijamas seniūnijose. Laikraštyje ūkininkai gali rasti aktualiausią informaciją apie tiesiogines išmokas ir paramą pagal kitas programas, susijusias su plotu bei gyvuliais. Taip pat pateikiami išsamūs patarimai ūkininkams, į ką reikėtų atkreipti dėmesį, norint išvengti sankcijų, pristatoma laukų stebėsenos sistema, patikrų grafikas ir kita 2024 m. aktuali informacija. Šiemet žemės ūkio naudmenų ir kitų plotų deklaravimas vyks nuo gegužės 2 d. iki birželio 21 d. Pavėluotai paraiškas bus galima teikti iki liepos 1 d.
Žemės ūkio naudmenų ir kitų plotų deklaravimo pradžia nukelta dviem savaitėm vėliau – į gegužės 2 d., nes nėra gautas EK formalus Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano keitimo patvirtinimas.
Strateginio plano keitimai buvo atlikti siekiant palankesnių sąlygų ūkininkams. Vienas jų, susijęs su daugiamečių pievų ir ganyklų referencinio dydžio perskaičiavimu (šiuo keitimu 2018 m. referencinį plotą planuojama sumažinti net 82 tūkst. ha).
Strateginio plano keitimas yra neformaliai suderintas su EK, visi keitimai yra integruoti į patvirtintas žemės ūkio naudmenų ir kitų plotų deklaravimo taisykles.
