Žemės ūkio ministerijos atrinktos Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano vietos plėtros strategijos startuos jau šiemet. Šia žinia pasidalinta Briuselyje surengtame antrajame LEADER ir teritorinės plėtros pogrupio susitikime, kuriame dalyvavo ES šalių narių ekspertai.
LEADER tikslas yra skatinti bendruomenės inicijuotą kaimo plėtrą iniciatyvos “iš apačios į viršų” principo pagrindu, finansuojant vietos plėtros strategijas, kuriomis siekiama spręsti vietos iššūkius ir tenkinti poreikius.
Susitikimo metu apžvelgti Kaimo plėtros 2014-2020 m. programos (KPP) priemonės LEADER įgyvendinimo rezultatai, naujojo 2023-2027 m. finansinio laikotarpio situacija, pristatyta naujausia informacija apie rengiamas LEADER pridėtinės vertės gaires bei aptarti kiti svarbūs LEADER klausimai.
KPP LEADER įgyvendinimo rezultatai rodo, kad Lietuva patenka tarp 18 lyderiaujančių šalių – ES pasiekimų vidurkis siekia 65 proc., o mūsų – 72 proc. Taip pat Lietuva yra viena iš 19 valstybių narių, kuriose jau yra atrinktos Strateginio plano vietos plėtros strategijos. Tai – gera žinia kaimo vietovių bendruomenėms, verslui, viešosioms ar biudžetinėms organizacijoms, kurios jau gali generuoti projektų idėjas.
Renginio metu šalys taip pat dalinosi gerąja patirtimi. Estijos atstovai pristatė skėtinių projektų įgyvendinimą, kuriuo skatinamas jaunimo įsitraukimas, o Slovėnija –daugiafondžio LEADER (BIVP) įgyvendinimo modelį.
