Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministrė Monika Navickienė lankosi prieš keletą dienų Kvėdarnoje atidarytuose grupinio gyvenimo namuose. Juose įsikūrė 8 gyventojai. Žmonėmis, turinčiais negalią, rūpinasi socialinis darbuotojas, keli individualios priežiūros darbuotojai.
„Socialinių paslaugų žemėlapyje dar viena savivaldybė įsitraukia į alternatyvių institucinei globai paslaugų plėtrą bendruomenėje. Šie grupinio gyvenimo namai Šilalės rajone – pirmieji. Džiugu, kad į paslaugų plėtrą įsitraukia ir aktyvi vietos bendruomenė, kuri šių namų gyventojams pasiūlys dienos užimtumo paslaugas socialinėse dirbtuvėse. Šių namų atidarymas – tik pradžia. Svarbu, kad juose gyvenantys žmonės gautų individualizuotą pagalbą, atkurtų prarastus savarankiškumo ir socialinius įgūdžius, ir, jei bus poreikis, judėtų toliau – į apsaugotą būstą, atvirą darbo rinką, savanorystę ir pan.“ – sakė ministrė M. Navickienė.
Gera žinia ta, kad šalyje mažėja gyventojų skaičius globos įstaigose suaugusiems, turintiems negalią. 2023 m. pabaigos statistika rodo, kad Lietuvoje veikia 53 grupinio gyvenimo namai, kuriuose gyveno 462 asmenys. Šių metų liepos viduryje tokių namų turėsime beveik 100, juose gyvens apie 900 žmonių su negalia. Savivaldybės, rengdamos žemėlapius, iki 2030 m. suplanavo įsteigti dar 81 grupinio gyvenimo namus.
Nemažiau svarbi yra apsaugoto būsto paslauga. Šiuo metu apsaugoto būsto paslaugą gauna apie 200 žmonių. Savivaldybės suplanavo iki 2030 m. įsigyti 255 apsaugotus būstus, kuriuose galės gyventi apie 523 asmenys su negalia.
Šilalėje ministrė M. Navickienė apsilankė ir sausį atidarytuose bendruomeniniuose vaikų globos namuose. Jie įsteigti įgyvendinant ESF projektą ir didžiąja dalimi finansuoti Europos Sąjungos lėšomis. Bendruomeniniuose vaikų globos namuose apsigyveno 8 be tėvų globos likę vaikai.
Vaikams sukurta gyvenimui šeimoje artima aplinka – jie turi savo kambarius, kuriuose gyvena po du. Siekdami artimesnio bendravimo pokalbiui, jie gali susirinkti į svetainę ir valgomojo zoną. Virtuvėje gali naudotis reikiama buitine įranga ir pagal savo amžių bei galimybes gamintis maistą.
Taip pat ministrė M. Navickienė apsilankė Rietavo socialinių paslaugų centre. Čia teikiamos integralios pagalbos, asmeninio asistento, pagalbos į namus, atvejo vadybos ir darbo su šeimomis paslaugos, psichologo konsultacijos ir kt. Rietavo socialinių paslaugų centras, kaip projekto partneris, nuo 2023 m. balandžio mėn. pradėjo įgyvendinti projekto „Integralios pagalbos teikimas ir plėtra Lietuvos savivaldybėse“ veiklas Rietavo savivaldybėje.
Planuojama, kad paslaugas gaus 35 vaikai su negalia, suaugę asmenys su negalia ir senyvo amžiaus asmenys. Dirba ir mobilioji komanda.
