Gruodžio 28 d. literatūrologas, humanitarinių mokslų daktaras, Klaipėdos universiteto docentas Marijus Šidlauskas skaitys paskaitą tema „Tarpušvenčio pūgose: tarp idealų ir tikrovės“.
Paskaitos tiesioginės transliacijos kviečiame klausytis gruodžio 28 d. 12 val. Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerijos „YouTube“ kanalu.
Marijus Šidlauskas – literatūros tyrinėtojas, kritikas, vertėjas. Baigė Šilutės 1-ąją vidurinę mokyklą, 1976 m.– Vilniaus universitete anglų filologiją. Po studijų atvykęs į Klaipėdą, 1976–1985 m. mokytojavo miesto 22-ojoje vidurinėje mokykloje, nuo 1985 m. rugsėjo – Lietuvos konservatorijos Klaipėdos fakultetų anglų kalbos ir lietuvių literatūros dėstytojas. Po 1988–1990 m. studijų Vilniaus universiteto stacionarinėje aspirantūroje M. Šidlauskas pradėjo dirbti Klaipėdos universitete. Jis – vienas aktyviausių Klaipėdos literatūrinio gyvenimo dalyvių ir vertintojų.
M. Šidlauskas 1996 m. tapo Jotvingių premijos laureatu. 2008 m. jam suteikta literatūrinė Ievos Simonaitytės premija už knygą „Orfėjas mokėjo lietuviškai“, 2014 m. jis įvertintas Vytauto Kubiliaus premija.
M. Šidlauskas nuo 2011 m. yra Lietuvos rašytojų sąjungos narys.
