Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerija primena, kad būstų ir kitų tinkamų gyventi patalpų savininkai ar verslo atstovai, kurie apgyvendino žmones, bėgančius nuo karo Ukrainoje, kompensacijas gaus už laikotarpį iki šių metų gruodžio 31 dienos.
„Ukrainos žmonės mūsų šalyje puikiai įsitvirtino darbo rinkoje. Remiantis „Sodros“ ir Užimtumo tarnybos duomenimis, apie 30 tūkst. užsieniečių dirba ir gauna su darbo santykiais susijusias pajamas. Be to, jie turi geras sąlygas užsiimti savarankiška veikla, gauna socialinę paramą, naudojasi kitomis paramos būstui priemonėmis, pavyzdžiui, kreipiasi į savivaldybę, kurioje gyvena, dėl rinkos sąlygomis nuomojamo būsto nuomos mokesčio dalies kompensacijos. Tikimasi, kad tai dar labiau paskatins užsieniečius integruotis į darbo rinką ir apsirūpinti būstu savarankiškai“, – sako socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos viceministras Martynas Šiurkus.
Siekiant ilgalaikės perspektyvos, mūsų valstybes tikslas – ne tik teikti pagalbą, bet ir skatinti ukrainiečių savarankiškumą. Valstybės teikiama pagalba yra svarbus žingsnis integracijos procese. Labai svarbu palaikyti ukrainiečių iniciatyvą ir norą tapti visuomenės dalimi, atsakingai prisidedant prie jos gerovės.
Primename, kad kompensacija mokama už praėjusį užsieniečių apgyvendinimo mėnesį. Ministerija primena, kad pirmąjį mėnesį nuo karo pabėgusius ukrainiečius gyventojai ir verslas priima neatlygintinai, o kompensacija būstų ir kitų tinkamų gyventi patalpų savininkams mokama nuo antro mėnesio. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad kompensacijos mokėjimo terminas yra šių metų gruodžio 31 d., kompensacijos už gruodį bus išmokamos sausio mėnesį.
Kompensacijos dydis už būsto suteikimą panaudos pagrindais ukrainiečiams priklauso nuo to, kiek žmonių apgyvendinta. Už vieną apgyvendintą ukrainietį mokama 150 eurų, už kiekvieną paskesnį, apgyvendintą tame pačiame būste – po 50 eurų per mėnesį. Išmokos dydis nepriklauso nuo to, kurioje Lietuvos vietoje yra būstas, kuriame apgyvendinti ukrainiečiai.
Naudojantis šia kompensacijos forma, panaudos pagrindais apgyvendinta apie 15 tūkst. ukrainiečių. Kompensacijoms mokėti vidutiniškai per mėnesį skiriama apie 1 mln. eurų.
