Balandžio 24 dieną Liuksemburge užsienio reikalų ministras Gabrielius Landsbergis dalyvaus Europos Sąjungos (ES) Užsienio reikalų taryboje, kurioje numatoma aptarti Rusijos karinę agresiją prieš Ukrainą ir ES veiksmų planą dėl geopolitinių Rusijos agresijos prieš Ukrainą pasekmių, o taip pat ES paramą Moldovai, situaciją Tunise ir Sudane.
ES užsienio reikalų ministrai aptars situaciją Ukrainoje, bendrus ES amunicijos Ukrainai pirkimus, planus dėl tolesnio ES finansavimo per Europos taikos priemonę, ES mokomosios misijos Ukrainoje pažangą ir poreikį užtikrinti Ukrainos karinių pajėgų apmokymo tęstinumą, o taip pat Rusijos atsakomybės klausimą ir ES sankcijų Rusijai procesą.
Susitikimo metu taip pat bus aptariamas 2022 m. liepą priimto ES veiksmų plano dėl geopolitinių Rusijos agresijos prieš Ukrainą pasekmių įgyvendinimas, gilesnis įsitraukimas su trečiosiomis šalimis.
ES užsienio reikalų ministrai kartu su Europos Tarybos (ET) generaline sekretore M. Buric ir ET pirmininkaujančios Islandijos užsienio reikalų ministre Th. Gylfadottir aptars pasirengimą Europos Tarybos vadovų susitikimu Reikjavike, o su Sakartvelo užsienio reikalų ministru I. Darchiashvili – regiono saugumo aktualijas, šalies vidaus situaciją ir europines aspiracijas.
