Gerinti žmonių, dirbančių skaitmeninėse platformose, darbo sąlygas, – dėl to šiandien Liuksemburge vykstančiame Europos Sąjungos ministrų tarybos posėdyje sutarė socialinės apsaugos užimtumo ministrai, pradėdami derybas su Europos Parlamentu dėl darbo skaitmeninėse platformose direktyvos.
Darbas skaitmeninėse platformose – tai nauja apmokamo darbo organizavimo skaitmeninėse platformose forma. Dirbantieji skaitmeninėse platformose yra pasiekiami internetu ir teikia įvairias mokamas paslaugas, pavyzdžiui: „Uber“, „Bolt“, „Upwork“ ar kt. Skaitmeninių platformų darbuotojai beveik visada priskiriami savarankiškai dirbantiems asmenims.
„Lietuva nuo pat pradžių pritarė direktyvos tikslams gerinti skaitmeninių platformų darbuotojų darbo sąlygas ir apsaugą. Tolimesnėse derybose mes ir toliau turime užtikrinti, kad direktyva ne ribotų, o skatintų socialinį dialogą tarp dirbančių platforminį darbą. Dialogas geriausiai padės išspręsti abipuses problemas ir rasti abiem pusėms priimtinus sprendimus“, – posėdyje sakė socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministrė Monika Navickienė.
Lietuvoje beveik visi skaitmeninių platformų darbuotojai dirba savarankiškai, jiems atstovauja dvi asociacijos. Lietuvoje, kitaip nei kitose Europos Sąjungos šalyse, nėra buvę teisinių ginčų dėl skaitmeninėse platformose dirbančių žmonių statuso nustatymo.
Posėdžio metu taip pat buvo pasiektas bendras požiūris dėl dviejų Lygybės įstaigoms taikomų standartų direktyvų. Tai stiprins ir išplės lygybės institucijų kompetencijas bei galias, sustiprins jų nepriklausomumą, aprūpinimą resursais. Tuo pačiu nukentėjusiems nuo diskriminacijos pagalba bus labiau prieinama, lygybės institucijos įsitrauks į teisėkūros bei politikos formavimo procesus.
„Žmonių psichinė sveikata turi būti tiek pat svarbi, kiek ir fizinė. Turime įveikti psichinės stigmatizacijos kliūtį“, – posėdyje akcentavo ministrė M. Navickienė. Pasak jos, diskusija ir pokyčiai šia svarbia tema yra aktualūs visoms Europos šalims ir gali ne tik lemti geresnę darbo ir asmeninio gyvenimo pusiausvyrą, galimybę išvengti darbo ir asmeninio gyvenimo konfliktų visuose sektoriuose, bet ir tapti Europos Sąjungos šalių konkurenciniu pranašumu.
