Freepik Ieškomas vadovas ar vadovė Fizinių ir technologijos mokslų centrui (FTMC) – Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerija skelbia konkursą į centro direktoriaus (-ės) pareigas. Pretendentų paraiškos priimamos iki 2024 m. sausio 15 d.
„Tai didžiausias mokslinių tyrimų centras Lietuvoje, kuris išsiskiria ne tik aukšto lygio mokslu, bet ir kuriamomis moderniausiomis technologijomis, orientuotomis į verslo, visuomenės poreikius. Todėl šio centro vadovo pozicija – viena svarbiausių mokslinių tyrimų srityje visoje šalyje. Į ją pretenduoti kviečiame visus, kurie nebijo iššūkių siekti centro lyderystės tiek nacionaliniu, tiek tarptautiniu mastu“, – sako švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministras Gintautas Jakštas.
Naujasis vadovas būtų atsakingas už 670 darbuotojų komandą: mokslininkų, inžinierių, kitų darbuotojų. Centras bendradarbiauja su 20 Lietuvos ir 150 užsienio mokslo ir studijų institucijų, 400 verslo klientų. Metinė mokslo centro apyvarta siekia 24 mln. Eur.
Vadovui keliami tikslai – didinti FTMC žinių komercializavimo apimtis, siekti papildomo finansavimo iš tarptautinių projektų, pritraukti verslo užsakymų.
Pretendentai į FTMC vadovo poziciją turi turėti mokslo daktaro laipsnį, vadovavimo bei mokslo ar studijų užsienyje patirties ir kt.
FTMC – valstybinis mokslinių tyrimų institutas, kuriame vykdomi unikalūs moksliniai tyrimai ir technologinė plėtra lazerinių technologijų, branduolio fizikos, bio ir nanotechnologijų ir kt. mokslo kryptyse. Jame rengiami aukšto lygio mokslininkai, vykdomos doktorantūros studijos ir podoktorantūros stažuotės. Institutas taip pat bendradarbiauja su šalies ir užsienio verslo įmonėmis, kitomis mokslo ir studijų institucijomis.
