Manto Stankevičiaus nuotr. Nacionalinė sporto agentūra konkurso būdu šalies sporto šakų federacijoms ir sporto organizacijoms paskirstė beveik 1 mln. eurų valstybės biudžeto lėšų tarptautinėms aukšto meistriškumo sporto varžyboms organizuoti.
Nacionalinė sporto agentūra gavo 35 paraiškas tarptautinėms aukšto meistriškumo sporto varžyboms finansuoti. Dvi šalies sporto šakų federacijos – šiuolaikinės penkiakovės ir krepšinio – pateikė po dvi paraiškas. Pagal Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministro įsakymu patvirtintą tvarkos aprašą tai galėjo padaryti strateginių sporto šakų pareiškėjai, jeigu suminė abiejų paraiškų prašoma suma neviršija nurodytos maksimalios sumos ir bent vienų prašomų finansuoti varžybų lygis yra ne žemesnis nei Europos lygmens.
Pagal pateiktas paraiškas finansavimo poreikis buvo dvigubai didesnis – 2 mln. Eur. Vadovaujantis Sporto įstatyme įtvirtintu lygiateisiškumo principu, ribotas valstybės biudžeto lėšas buvo siekiama padalinti maksimaliam galimam svarbių tarptautinių sporto varžybų skaičiui. Dėl to skiriamo finansavimo dydis vienai paraiškai buvo ribojamas ir nustatomas atsižvelgiant į paraiškai skirtų balų sumą.
Iš 26 finansavimą gavusių sporto šakų federacijų daugiausia – 212 tūkst. Eur (108 tūkst. Eur ir 104 tūkst. Eur) – skirta Lietuvos šiuolaikinės penkiakovės federacijos organizuojamiems čempionatams. Europos jaunių (iki 17 metų ir iki 19 metų) čempionatas Druskininkuose vyks birželį. Rugsėjį Druskininkai priims ir šiuolaikinės penkiakovės pasaulio jaunimo (iki 22 metų) čempionatą.
„Organizuoti net du tokio lygio čempionatus yra didelis iššūkis, bet taip pat ir galimybė. Galime labai stipriai patobulėti kaip federacija, tokį šansą turi ir mūsų jaunieji sportininkai. Tikime, kad šiuo renginiu džiaugsis ir Druskininkai, pritrauksime žiūrovų ir rėmėjų. Neturime tokio didelio patirties bagažo kaip didžiosios šalys, bet tikrai labai stengiamės.
Tikimės, pateisinsime lūkesčius ir ateityje Lietuvoje turėsime bent po vieną panašaus lygio čempionatą ar net pasaulio taurės etapą“, – sako Lietuvos šiuolaikinės penkiakovės generalinis sekretorius Justinas Kinderis.
Lietuvos krepšinio federacijos organizuojamoms tarptautinėms varžyboms skirta 124 tūkst. Eur. Liepą vyksiančiam Europos dvidešimtmečių merginų čempionatui, kuris vyks Vilniuje ir Klaipėdoje – 90 tūkst. Eur, FIBA 3×3 merginų ir vaikinų (iki 21 metų ir iki 23 metų) Tautų lygos etapams Panevėžyje – 34 tūkst. Eur.
Valstybės finansavimą gaus ir rugpjūtį Vilniuje prasidėsiantis Europos badmintono jaunių (iki 17 metų) asmeninis ir komandinis čempionatai (83 tūkst. Eur), beveik tuo pat metu Klaipėdoje vyksiantis motorlaivių F2 pasaulio čempionatas (60 tūkst. Eur), Europos rankinio merginų (iki 19 metų) čempionatas (59 tūkst.) ir kitos tarptautinės varžybos.
„Džiaugiamės, kad tiek daug aukšto lygio tarptautinių varžybų vyks Lietuvoje ir jas galime dalinai finansuoti valstybės biudžeto lėšomis. Šiemet strateginių sporto šakų federacijos galėjo teikti net dvi paraiškas, tikimės, kad dėl šios galimybės dar daugiau aukščiausio lygio varžybų ateityje galės ateiti į Lietuvą. Diskutuosime ir šviesime sporto bendruomenę, kad, prieš svarstydamos apie galimybę Lietuvoje surengti tarptautines varžybas, sporto organizacijos labai atsakingai planuotų, įvertintų, kokį socioekonominį poveikį čempionatai gali turėti šaliai, pasitartų su Nacionaline sporto agentūra. Pokytis jau vyksta, ateityje tikimės dar glaudesnio bendradarbiavimo“, – sako Nacionalinės sporto agentūros direktorius Mindaugas Špokas.
Šalies sporto šakų federacijos ir sporto organizacijos kasmet skelbiamame konkurse gali gauti dalinį valstybės finansavimą einamaisiais metais vykstančioms ir nustatytas sąlygas atitinkančioms tarptautinėms aukšto meistriškumo sporto varžyboms. Šiemet minimali vienos paraiškos suma padidinta 4 kartus – iki 20 tūkst. Eur, maksimali – iki 500 tūkst. Eur (anksčiau buvo ne daugiau nei 450 tūkst. Eur). Ne mažiau kaip 10 proc. nuo numatytos sąmatos varžybų įgyvendinimui turi skirti vykdytojai.
Šiemet dalinai valstybės biudžeto lėšomis finansuojamose varžybose negali dalyvauti Rusijos ir Baltarusijos sportininkai. Jeigu šių šalių atletai dalyvautų su neutralia vėliava, jie privalėtų savanoriškai pasirašyti deklaraciją, kuria būtų reikalaujama baigti karą Ukrainoje, pasisakoma prieš terorizmą ir agresiją, vykdomą Ukrainoje, ir išreiškiamas nepritarimas vykdomai Rusijos ir Baltarusijos politikai.
