Liepos 10-11 dienomis Briuselyje įvyko antrasis mokymų programos „Lietuvos integracija į ES: pagrindinės pamokos“ (Lithuania‘s EU integration: key takeaways) modulis, skirtas Moldovos užsienio reikalų ir Europos integracijos ministerijos ir kitų institucijų pareigūnams. Mokymų tikslas – padėti Moldovai pasiruošti stojimo į Europos Sąjungą deryboms ir stiprinti už eurointegraciją atsakingų pareigūnų kompetencijas. Pirmoje mokymų programos dalyje, kuri vyko š. m. birželio 5-9 dienomis Vilniuje, Moldovos delegacijai buvo išsamiai pristatyta Lietuvos patirtis ir išmoktos pamokos, ES reikalų koordinavimo modelis, ES institucinė sąranga, bendradarbiavimas su valstybėmis narėmis ir kt. aktualūs klausimai.
Mokymų Briuselyje metu eurointegracijos srityje dirbantys Moldovos pareigūnai susipažino su Europos reikalų sostinėje veikiančiomis institucijomis – Europos Parlamentu ir Europos Komisija, Europos išorės veiksmų tarnyba (EIVT), sankcijų politika, dezinformacijos ir strateginės komunikacijos koordinavimu, ypač svarbia ir naujausia informacija apie įvairias ES paramos Moldovai kryptis ir kt. klausimais. Moldovos pareigūnams surengti praktiniai užsiėmimai, kurių metu jie supažindinti su efektyvaus ir paveikaus kalbėjimo posėdžiuose, kuriuose vykdomas vertimas į kitas kalbas, metodais. Moldovos delegacija taip pat susitiko su Europos Komisijos nario, atsakingo už aplinkosaugą, vandenynus ir žvejybą V. Sinkevičiaus kabineto nariu A. Riboku.
Mokymai eurointegracijos klausimais Moldovos pareigūnams surengti įgyvendinant nuo 2022 m. Užsienio reikalų ministerijos finansuojamą vystomojo bendradarbiavimo projektą „Moldovos užsienio reikalų ir Europos integracijos ministerijos administracinių ir institucinių gebėjimų ir valdymo stiprinimas“. Moldovos pareigūnams jau pristatyta Lietuvos patirtis kuriant Lietuvos diplomatinės tarnybos modelį – teisinės ir administracinės sąrangos, ekonominės diplomatijos, strateginės komunikacijos ir hibridinių grėsmių valdymo srityse.
