Per pastaruosius septynerius metus Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo išlaidos priešnavikiniams vaistams kompensuoti Lietuvos gyventojams padidėjo tris kartus, rodo Valstybinės ligonių kasos prie Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos (VLK) atlikta analizė.
„2016 metais priešnavikiniams vaistams kompensuoti prireikė 64 mln. eurų Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo lėšų. Kasmet finansavimas onkologiniams vaistams didėjo maždaug po 20 proc. ir pernai šios išlaidos išaugo trigubai – iki 193 mln. eurų. Jokia kita vaistų grupė per keletą metų nepatyrė tokio spartaus augimo kaip ši“, – pastebi VLK Vaistų kompensavimo skyriaus vedėjas Evaldas Stropus.
Neabejojama, kad tokį reikšmingą šuolį lėmė ne tik per 2016–2022 m. laikotarpį gerokai išaugęs onkologinėmis ligomis sergančių pacientų skaičius, bet ir daugelio naujų, itin brangių vaistų įtraukimas į kompensavimo sistemą.
„2016 metais kompensuojamųjų vaistų sąraše buvo įrašyti 85 vaistai onkologinėms ligoms gydyti, o praeitais metais ligonių kasos kompensavo jau 130 skirtingų priešnavikinių vaistų“, – sako E. Stropus.
Analizės duomenimis, daugiausiai Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo lėšų pernai pareikalavo bronchų ir plaučių piktybinių navikų gydymas kompensuojamaisiais vaistais. Tam prireikė daugiau nei 27 mln. eurų. Dar beveik 21 mln. eurų praeitais metais buvo skirta vaistams nuo piktybinės melanomos kompensuoti, o per 17 mln. eurų – vaistams krūties vėžiui gydyti. Taip pat daugiau nei 15 mln. eurų skirta limfoidine leukemija ir arti 14 mln. eurų inkstų vėžiu sergančių pacientų vaistams kompensuoti.
VLK specialistų atlikta analizė taip pat atskleidė, kad 2022 m. kompensuojamuosius priešnavikinius vaistus Lietuvoje vartojo beveik 45 tūkst. žmonių, t. y. net 11 tūkst. pacientų daugiau nei 2016-aisiais. Tai rodo, kad per pastaruosius metus žymiai pagerėjo onkologinių ligų diagnostika, o brangių inovatyvių priešnavikinių vaistų įtraukimas į kompensavimo sistemą pasiteisino ir galimai lėmė ilgesnį onkologinėmis ligomis sergančių pacientų išgyvenamumą.
