Norintys įsigyti tiesiogines ar juostines sėjamąsias nuo sausio 3 d. bus kviečiami teikti paraiškas paramai gauti. Už įsigytą vieną sėjamąją didžiausia kompensacinė suma padidinama nuo 40 tūkst. eurų iki 80 tūkst. eurų, išlaikomas 40 proc. paramos intensyvumas.
Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad teikiant paraišką dvejybinę apskaitą vykdantys žemės ūkio augalų augintojai turi pateikti vėliausio patvirtinto metinio ataskaitinio laikotarpio balansą ir pelno (arba nuostolio) ataskaitą, o vykdantys supaprastintą buhalterinę apskaitą – vėliausio patvirtinto metinio ataskaitinio laikotarpio pirkimų ir pardavimų apskaitos žurnalą, bus priimtinos patvirtintos balanso ir pelno (nuostolių) ataskaitos ir pirkimų-pardavimų apskaitos žurnalai už 2022 m. iki bus patvirtinti minėti dokumentai už 2023 m. Tokia išlyga leis žemdirbiams pasinaudoti kompensacine parama už bearimių technologijų sėjamąsias nuo pat 2024 m. pradžios.
Primename, kad naudojantys bearimę technologiją ir deklaravę ją pasėlių deklaravimo metu 2024 m. galės papildomai gauti 66 eurų arba 20 eurų (priklausomai nuo naudojamos technologijos) priemoką už žemės ūkio augalų pasėlius pagal Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano kompleksinės ekologinės sistemos „Veiklos ariamojoje žemėje veiklą Neariamosios, tausojamosios žemdirbystės technologijos“.
Visos Europos Sąjungos Modernizavimo fondo priemonės, įskaitant ir bearimių technologijų skatinimo priemonę, yra skirtos energijos vartojimo efektyvumui didinti. Kompensacinių išmokų, kurios yra skiriamos investicijoms į bearimės žemdirbystės plėtojimą, tikslas yra paskatinti taikyti žemės ūkio augalų auginimą bearimiu būdu, kuris tiesiogiai užtikrina energijos sąnaudų mažinimą ir prisideda prie dirvožemio kokybės gerinimo. Investicinė priemonė turi aiškiai nustatytą pasiekimo rodiklį – sutaupyti 40 litrų degalų, skaičiuojant vienam hektarui pasėlių.
Bearimės technologijos, pvz. tiesioginė sėja, mažina ūkininkavimo sąnaudas, kadangi nebevykdant dirvos arimo, vienu technologiniu važiavimu atliekami keli darbai: sėklos guolio paruošimas, sėklų įsėjimas ir trąšų įterpimas. Įgudus taikyti tiesioginės sėjos technologiją, pasiekiamas įprastas pasėlių derlingumas ir sutaupoma apie 30-40 proc. įprastoje gamyboje naudojamų išteklių (degalų, mineralinių trąšų bei augalų apsaugos produktų), kartu prisidedama prie paviršinių vandens telkinių taršos mažinimo, pagerinamos dirvožemyje sąlygos biologinei įvairovei, sumažinamos ŠESD emisijos ir darbų apimtys.
Aplinkos projektų valdymo agentūros duomenimis, iki 2023 m. rugsėjo pabaigos buvo pateiktos 105 paraiškos paramai gauti už beveik 4 mln. Eur. Daugiausia paraiškų pateikė Kėdainių raj. ūkininkai-įsigytos 6 sėjamosios – ir Biržų, Marijampolės, Mažeikių, Skuodo, Vilkaviškio rajonų žemdirbiai – įsigyta po 5 sėjamąsias kiekviename minėtame rajone. Šiuo metu jau išmokėtas finansavimas 34 pareiškėjams, dar 48 pareiškėjams finansavimas jau yra skirtas.
