Nuotr. Artūro Žuko Ukrainiečiai karo pabėgėliai, kurie į Lietuvą atvyko pernai ir jau turėjo galimybę pramokti lietuvių kalbos, nuo ateinančių mokslo metų darželiuose, bendrojo ugdymo ar profesinio mokymo mokyklose ugdysis bendrose klasėse kartu su visais mokiniais.
Vienerius metus nuo atvykimo ukrainiečiai turėjo galimybę mokytis nuotoliniu būdu Ukrainos mokyklose, mokytis lietuvių kalbos, dalyvauti neformaliojo švietimo veiklose, gauti mokymosi ir švietimo pagalbą.
Naujai atvykusieji Ukrainos karo pabėgėliai, kaip ir anksčiau, vienerius metus taip pat galės mokytis nuotoliniu būdu savo šalies mokyklose. Vaikui pradėjus lankyti mokyklą, taikomas individualus adaptacinis laikotarpis, kuris priklauso nuo vaiko emocinės būsenos. Vaikai gali mokytis klasėse kartu su kitais bendraamžiais arba išlyginamosiose klasėse, kur intensyviausiu būdu mokoma lietuvių kalbos, ir tik atskirų dalykų – bendroje klasėje.
„Tai nėra naujiena, bet ministerija apie tai priminė savivaldybėms, švietimo įstaigų ir mokyklų vadovams, ir pakvietė iš anksto ruoštis ateinantiems mokslo metams, laiku informuoti mokinius ir jų tėvus apie pasikeitimus. Turime padaryti viską, kad nuo karo pabėgę ukrainiečiai sklandžiai įsilietų bendrąsias klases. Per metus lietuvių kalbos jau pramokę ukrainiečiai dar geriau šią kalbą įvaldys mokydamiesi kartu su kitais mokiniais“, – sako viceministras Ramūnas Skaudžius.
Mokykloms birželio pradžioje išsiųstame aplinkraštyje primenama, kad visi mokiniai, atvykę iš Ukrainos ir registruoti Lietuvos mokyklose, skirtingomis apimtimis ir tempu turi mokytis lietuvių kalbos pagal kalbos mokėjimo lygius. Visiems vaikams turi būti užtikrinamas bendravimas su bendraamžiais, sudaryta galimybė dalyvauti neformaliojo vaikų švietimo veiklose, teikiama būtina švietimo ir mokymosi pagalba, nuolat palaikomas ryšys su vaiku ir šeima.
Ukrainiečių mokinių pasiekimai bus vertinami ir išsilavinimas pripažįstamas taip pat, kaip kitiems Lietuvoje besimokantiems mokiniams.
Abiturientai, kurie norės 2024 metais Lietuvoje įgyti vidurinį išsilavinimą ir gauti brandos atestatą, turės turėti patenkinamus dalykų metinius pažymius ar įskaitas ir išlaikyti privalomą lietuvių kalbos ir literatūros brandos egzaminą bei dar bent vieną pasirinkto dalyko brandos egzaminą.
Tie mokiniai, kurie mokosi Lietuvoje veikiančiose ukrainietiškose mokyklose pagal Ukrainos švietimo programas, gali gauti Ukrainos pavyzdžio išsilavinimą patvirtinančius dokumentus su sąlyga, jei Lietuvoje veikianti mokykla yra pasirašiusi sutartį su valstybiniu licėjumi „International Ukrainian School“ Kijeve, kuris ir išduos išsilavinimą patvirtinančius dokumentus.
Visi iš Ukrainos atvykę mokiniai, besimokantys Lietuvos bendrojo ugdymo mokyklose, sugrįžę į Ukrainą, jeigu to pageidaus tėvai, vėl bus registruoti Ukrainos bendrojo ugdymo mokyklose ir galės tęsti mokymąsi. Mokinių mokymosi rezultatams Lietuvoje patvirtinti mokyklos išduos pažymas.
Šiuos mokslo metus Lietuvos ugdymo įstaigose baigė 11 900 ukrainiečių (9000 – bendrojo ugdymo mokyklose, 2900 – ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose).
