Žemės ūkio ministras Kazys Starkevičius tęsia susitikimus su socialiniais partneriais – šiandien aktualiausi žemės ūkio sektoriaus klausimai aptarti su Žemės ūkio rūmų (ŽŪR) atstovais.
ŽŪR vienija visus žemės ūkio šakinius sektorius, vietos veiklos grupes, kaimo verslininkus ir atstovauja ne tik žemdirbiams, bet ir visiems kaimo gyventojams šalies bei tarptautiniu mastu. Šiuo metu ŽŪR nariais yra daugiau kaip 40 asociacijų, tarp jų jaunųjų ūkininkų, mėsinių galvijų augintojų, daržovių, verslinių sodų, uogų, šiltnamių, šeimos ūkių, miško ir žemės savininkų, kaimo turizmo, kooperacijos, mėsos perdirbimo, tautinio paveldo ir kt.
Kalbėdamas apie laukiančius darbus, ministras pabrėžė matantis didžiausią problemą – bendros žemės ūkio strategijos, kurios laikytųsi visos politinės partijos, trūkumą. „Turime atkurti pasitikėjimą institucijoms, o žaidimo taisyklės turi būti visiems suprantamos“, – sakė ministras.
Susitikime ministras daug dėmesio skyrė vieniems jautriausių klausimų – bendradarbiavimui su socialiniais partneriais, biurokratinių reikalavimų mažinimui, pareiškėjų konsultavimui, ūkių patikrų organizavimo skaidrumui ir paprastinimui, pasėlių deklaravimo tvarkai, kartų kaitai kaime aktualiam asmenų susietumui ir kt.
Žemės ūkio ministerija jau yra numačiusi ne vieną galimą šių problemų sprendimo būdą.
Kaip informavo ministras, šį rudenį ūkininkai ir žemės ūkio veiklą vykdantys juridiniai asmenys, siekiantys sustiprinti savo ūkių konkurencingumą, investicinės paramos galės kreiptis supaprastinta tvarka. Paraiškas teiksiančių ūkininkų laukia gerokai daugiau galimybių. Ūkiams modernizuoti supaprastinta tvarka bus skirta daugiau kaip 50 mln. eurų paramos lėšų dar 2024 metais.
