Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija (SAM) skelbia konkursą Radiacinės saugos centro (RSC) direktoriaus pareigoms eiti. Pretendentai, pasiryžę imtis atsakomybės už radiacinės saugos organizavimą ir novatoriškus sprendimus, kviečiami teikti paraiškas iki 2023 m. spalio 31 dienos.
Pasak sveikatos apsaugos ministro Arūno Dulkio, šių dienų geopolitinių įvykių kontekste, sklandus centro darbas svarbus kaip niekada.
„Šiais neramiais laikais sveikatos saugumo stiprinimas yra vienas iš nacionalinių, regioninių ir tarptautinių prioritetų. Turime stiprinti pasirengimą grėsmėms sveikatai. Radiacinės saugos centras – organizacija, kuri rūpinasi, kad radiacinės saugos sferoje visuomenė būtų tinkamai paruošta ir ją pasiektų patikima bei patikrinta informacija apie galimas grėsmes. Kviečiu savo srities profesionalus kandidatuoti į Centro vadovus ir savo veikla prisidėti prie visų mūsų saugesnio gyvenimo“, – teigia sveikatos apsaugos ministras A. Dulkys.
Radiacinės saugos centras atsako už šias funkcijas: vykdo žmonių ir aplinkos apšvitos stebėseną, reguliuoja radiacinės saugos ir radioaktyviųjų šaltinių fizinę saugą, turi būti pasirengęs reaguoti įvykus branduolinei ar radiologinei avarijai, turi užtikrinti žmonių saugą nuo nepagrįstos apšvitos, kurią lemia paliktieji radioaktyvieji šaltiniai ir radioaktyviosiomis medžiagomis užteršti objektai, organizuoja visuomenės švietimą sveikatos apsaugos nuo žalingo jonizuojančiosios spinduliuotės poveikio klausimais, vykdo fizinių asmenų, siekiančių įgyti teisę mokyti radiacinės ir (ar) fizinės saugos, atestavimą ir fizinių asmenų, siekiančių tapti radiacinės saugos ekspertais, pripažinimą.
Pretenduoti į Centro direktoriaus pareigas kviečiami asmenys, turintys aukštąjį universitetinį išsilavinimą (magistro kvalifikacinį laipsnį arba baigus vientisąsias studijas įgytą magistro kvalifikacinį laipsnį) arba jam lygiavertę aukštojo mokslo kvalifikaciją, ne mažesnę kaip 3 metų vadovaujamo darbo patirtį, mokantys anglų kalbą ne mažesniu kaip B2 lygiu ir atitinkantys teisės aktuose nustatytus reikalavimus, būtinus darbui su įslaptinta informacija.
Laukiami kandidatai, vertinantys galimybę dirbti vienintelei šalyje valstybinei įstaigai, atsakingai už radiacinę saugą, įgyti ekspertinės patirties ir ja dalintis su kitais, taikyti novatoriškus radiacinės saugos sprendimus, atitinkančius pasaulines tendencijas. Tikimasi, kad naujas vadovas bus iniciatyvus, gebės nuosekliai siekti užsibrėžtų tikslų ir tam suburti komandą.
