Viešo aukciono būdu bus parduodamas 96,5 proc. valstybei priklausantis UAB „Šilutės veislininkystė“ akcijų paketas.
Bendrovės veikla – grynaveislių mėsinių galvijų vertinimas, mėsinių galvijų mišrūnų auginimas, veislių bulių, turinčių galvijų veislės pažymėjimus, pardavimas.
Bendrovė įsikūrusi Armalėnų kaime, Šilutės rajone, kur turi nuosavas sandėliavimo, gamybos ir fermų pastatų kompleksą nuomojamame 2,7 ha valstybinės žemės sklype (nuomos terminas iki 2040 m.). Valstybinės žemės sklypų nuomos pagrindais bendrovė taip pat valdo dar penkis žemės sklypus, esančius Šilutės rajone (nuomos terminai iki 2025 ir 2038 m.).
Įmonės įstatinis kapitalas sudaro 614,6 tūkst. eurų. Įmonėje dirba 7 darbuotojai. Bendrovė yra pasirašiusi ilgalaikę sutartį su Lietuvos mėsinių galvijų augintojų ir gerintojų asociacija dėl galvijų produktyvumo tyrimo paslaugų.
Valstybei priklausantis 96,5 proc. akcijų paketas parduodamas už 519 480 tūkst. eurų pradinę kainą. Dokumentų rinkinius galima įsigyti sausio 22–26 dienomis. Dokumentų rinkinio pardavimo kaina 145 eurai. Dokumentų rinkiniai neparduodami subjektams, kuriems taikomos tarptautinės sankcijos.
Pirkėjai paraiškas dalyvauti aukcione gali pateikti sausio 25–29 dienomis,aukcionas numatytas – sausio 29 d. Laimėtoju bus pripažintas dalyvis pasiūlęs aukščiausią kainą. Gautos lėšos bus pervestos į valstybės biudžetą.
