Laukiant Europos Komisijos (EK) įvertinimo, kuris galėtų sudaryti prielaidas sumažinti daugiamečių pievų kasmetinį referencinį santykį, pareiškėjams išsiųstų 2023 m. gruodžio mėn. administracinių sprendimų dėl daugiamečių pievų atkūrimo vykdymas yra stabdomas.
Nacionalinė mokėjimo agentūra jau šią savaitę pareiškėjus, kuriems 2023 m. gruodžio mėn. buvo išsiųsti sprendimai dėl suartų daugiamečių pievų atstatymo, apie jų stabdymą informuos individualiais pranešimais.
Galutinį sprendimą dėl prievolės atkurti daugiametes pievas ir ganyklas, ar dėl tokios prievolės atšaukimo planuojama pateikti iki 2024 m. kovo 20 d.
Žemės ūkio ministerija rado sprendimą – žemdirbiams nereikės įrodinėti durpžemio buvimo fakto
Rengiantis GAAB 2 įsigaliojimui, 2023 m. buvo parengtas durpžemių žemėlapis. Dalis durpžemių duomenų yra paremti kelių dešimtmečių senumo matavimais, kurie kai kuriais atvejais (pvz., intensyvaus žemės naudojimo ariant) nebėra tikslūs – dėl durpių mineralizavimosi plotai realybėje yra sumažėję.
Sulaukus pastebėjimų, jog pasiūlyta informavimo dėl neatitikimų sistema yra pernelyg sudėtinga, Žemės ūkio ministerija nusprendė inicijuoti prioritetinių durpžemių plotų patikslinimą, neužkraunant šios atsakomybės ūkininkams. Prioritetiniai plotai – tai 2023 m. deklaruoti pasėlių plotai durpžemiuose, jų yra apie 30 tūkst. ha.
Ministerija numatė iki šių metų pasėlių deklaravimo pradžios pakeisti teisės aktus dėl GAAB 2 sluoksnio sudarymo kriterijų ir jo tikslinimo atsakomybės – patikslinus žemėlapį ir nustačius aktualų durpžemių plotą, jiems galios nustatyti GAAB 2 reikalavimai.
