Šios paslaugos, kurios bus skirtos pacientams, turintiems didelę pakartotinio arba priverstinio hospitalizavimo riziką, teiks specialios komandos, sudarytos iš skirtingų kvalifikacijų specialistų.
„Gydymo bendruomenėje komandų steigimas yra vienas iš kertinių psichikos sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų reformos elementų. Žmonės, kurie dėl sudėtingos savo sveikatos būklės dažnai pakartotinai grįžta į ligoninę (taip pat ir priverstiniam gydymui), kuriems sudėtinga laikytis gydymo režimo ir taikyti savarankiško gyvenimo įgūdžius, galės gauti ilgalaikę, tęstinę ir mobilią pagalbą Psichikos ir elgesio sutrikimų gydymo bendruomenėje komandose (GBK). Pirmosios tokios komandos turėtų atsirasti jau kitų metų viduryje, o iki 2027 m. jų ketinama įsteigti 14.
Pilnos apimties komandoje paslaugas teiks 10 specialistų: gydytojas psichiatras, 6 psichikos sveikatos slaugytojai, socialinis darbuotojas, medicinos psichologas, ergoterapeutas. Pilnos apimties komandos galės teikti paslaugas 200 pacientų.
GBK teiks asmens sveikatos priežiūros intervencijas, orientuotas į reguliarų vaistų vartojimą ir psichiatrinę slaugą, taip pat platų spektrą psichosocialinių intervencijų: informuos, konsultuos, tarpininkaus ir palydės sprendžiant įvairias socialines problemas ir poreikius, padės ugdyti savarankiško gyvenimo ir savirūpos įgūdžius, motyvuos darbinei ar mokymosi veiklai, lavins priešdarbinius įgūdžius, o jei pacientas buvo hospitalizuotas paslaugos teikimo laikotarpiu – lankys jį ligoninėje.
Komandų steigimui (patalpų įrengimui, automobiliams ir kt.) numatytos 3,6 mln. eurų investicijos iš Europos Sąjungos lėšų. Šiuo metu rengiamas investicijoms gauti reikalingas Projektų finansavimo sąlygų aprašas, numatant komandų steigimo atrankos kriterijus.
Komandų veikla bus finansuojama iš Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo (PSDF) lėšų.
GBK paslaugų teikimo ir apmokėjimo PSDF lėšomis tvarka yra patvirtinta sveikatos apsaugos ministro įsakymu, kuris įsigalioja 2024 m. sausio 1 d. Įsakymą rasite ČIA.
