Sveikatos apsaugos ministras Arūnas Dulkys rugsėjo 5-7 d. dalyvavo sveikatos apsaugos ministrų susitikime Kijeve, Ukrainoje, skirtame psichikos sveikatai. Sveikatos apsaugos ministrų susitikimas yra Pirmųjų ponių ir ponų aukščiausio lygio susitikimų dalis.
Susitikimo tema buvo „Psichikos sveikata: ateities atsparumas ir trapumas“, skirta psichikos sveikatos integralumui bendroje sveikatos sistemoje. Susitikimo metu sveikatos apsaugos ministrai pasirašė bendrą komunikatą dėl tarptautinės sveikatos partnerystės, įgalinančios sveikatos priežiūros darbuotojus, kūrimo.
„Psichikos sveikatos ir reabilitacijos pasaulis yra kupinas iššūkių. Didėjantis specialistų trūkumas ir nuolatinė psichikos sveikatos stigma yra kliūtys, su kuriomis susiduria daugelis valstybių. Mūsų naujos tarptautinio sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų bendradarbiavimo platformos vizija siekia spręsti būtent šiuos iššūkius. Bendradarbiaudami ir dalindamiesi patirtimi galime užpildyti spragas ir pagerinti savo sveikatos priežiūros sistemas“, – sako A. Dulkys.
Susitikimo metu pasirašytas ir bendradarbiavimo memorandumas tarp Vilniaus universiteto ligoninės Santaros klinikų ir Mykolajivo klinikinės ligoninės.
Be Lietuvos sveikatos apsaugos ministro, susitikime tiesiogiai arba nuotoliniu būdu dalyvavo Ukrainos, Estijos, Moldovos, Lenkijos, Vokietijos, Danijos, Norvegijos, Švedijos, Airijos, Latvijos, Šiaurės Makedonijos, Slovakijos ir Jungtinės Karalystės sveikatos apsaugos ministrai.
Dėl saugumo reikalavimų prieš renginį dienotvarkė ir ministro dalyvavimas jame nebuvo viešinamas.
