Valstybinė akreditavimo sveikatos priežiūros veiklai tarnyba (VASPVT) baigė diegti svarbų pasikeitimą konsultavimo paslaugų modelyje. Diegimo darbai pradėti rugpjūčio 1 d. Siekiama užtikrinti geresnį aptarnavimą ir greičiau suteikti informaciją klientams. Šio proceso dalis yra perėjimas prie naujo telefoninių paslaugų modelio. Tikimasi, kad naujasis modelis padės pagerinti konsultacijų teikimo efektyvumą ir srautų valdymą.
„Gaudami apie 300 telefonų skambučių per dieną, nuolat sulaukdavome skundų iš interesantų, todėl modernizuoti telefoninį aptarnavimą buvo būtinybė“, sako VASPVT direktorius T. Žentelis.
Įdiegus Phone.system, išmanųjį pokalbių valdymo sprendimą, Tarnyba pradėjo naudoti šiuolaikišką komunikacijos su vidaus ir išorės klientais kanalą. Šis naujas įrankis leidžia realiuoju laiku peradresuoti skambučius net keliems gavėjams, todėl neatsakytų skambučių skaičius turėtų reikšmingai sumažėti, o kliento skambinimo kelias – sutrumpėti.
Naujas telefonijos modelis leis VASPVT reaguoti greičiau ir tiksliau, operatyviau suteikti konsultacijas gyventojams, sveikatos specialistams ir sveikatos priežiūros įstaigoms.
