Spalio 24 dieną prasidėjo tris dienas Vilniuje vyksiantis metinis Lietuvos konsulinių pareigūnų susitikimas.
“Lyderystė – tai ne pareigos, o elgsenos, kasdieniai kiekvieno mūsų kolegų sprendimai ir pasirinkimai žengti papildomą žingsnį dėl mūsų piliečių interesų. Dėkoju visiems už teisingus pasirikimus ir už tai, kad renkatės atsakomybę ir lyderystę“, – susitikimo metu pažymėjo LR Užsienio reikalų ministerijos kanclerė Inga Černiuk.
Konsulinės diplomatijos naujienas ir iššūkius konsuliniams pareigūnams pristatė Konsulinio departamento direktorius Audrius Bendinskas.
Konsuliniai pareigūnai bus supažindinti su konsulinių paslaugų skaitmenizavimo naujovėmis bei artimiausiais planais šioje srityje, vyks diskusijos bei konsultacijos apie darbo su išorės paslaugų tiekėjais asmens dokumentų bei vizų išdavimo srityje specifiką bei iššūkius. Lietuvos Respublikos vizų tarnybų atstovams bus pristatyti 2023 m. vykusio Šengeno vertinimo rezultatai, vizų politikos teisinio reguliavimo naujovės. JAV vizų išdavimo specifika dalinsis JAV ambasados Lietuvoje Konsulinio skyriaus vadovas. Kadangi konsuliniai pareigūnai, vykdydami savo funkcijas, neretai susiduria ir su konfliktiniais bei pažeidžiamais asmenimis, paskaitą susirinkusiems šia tema skaitys Bendrojo pagalbos centro psichologė.
Ypatingas dėmesys šio susitikimo programoje bus skiriamas konsulinių krizių valdymui. Pranešimą apie pasirengimą konsulinėms krizėms ir jų valdymą Europos Sąjungos lygiu skaitys Europos išorės veiksmų tarnybos Krizių valdymo centro atstovė, vyks diskusija apie Izraelio krizę ir jos metu išmoktas pamokas, kurioje dalyvaus Nacionalinio krizių valdymo centro atstovas, savo patirtimi dalinsis Lietuvos Respublikos ambasadų Izraelyje ir Turkijoje atstovai.
Susitikimo metu penkiasdešimt Lietuvos diplomatų, vykdančių konsulines funkcijas Lietuvos diplomatinėse atstovybėse ir konsulinėse įstaigose visame pasaulyje, turės galimybę konsultuotis su Lietuvos užsienio reikalų ministerijos ir kitų, sprendimų priėmimo procedūrose dalyvaujančių Lietuvos institucijų, atstovais asmens duomenų apsaugos, Lietuvos Respublikos pilietybės ir asmens dokumentų išdavimo, civilinės metrikacijos, konsulinės pagalbos, notarinių veiksmų, legalizavimo bei visais kitais konsulinių paslaugų teikimo klausimais.
