Stovyklos dalyvius pasveikino Lietuvos Respublikos ambasadorius Airijoje Marijus Gudynas. „Manau, kad kiekvienas lietuvis, kad ir kur jis gyventų, turi savo vaidmenį Lietuvos gerovės kūrime. Dėkoju renginio sumanytojams ir organizatoriams už nuoseklų darbą įtraukiant Airijoje gyvenančius lietuvius į bendrą veiklą“, – sakė ambasadorius.
Susirinkusiuosius nuotoliniu būdu taip pat pasveikino Lietuvos Respublikos Prezidentas Valdas Adamkus, pabrėždamas lietuvių diasporos reikšmę kuriant Lietuvos ateitį, vienijant pastangas įgyvendinti gimtinei svarbius tikslus.
Apie pareigą Tėvynei, savęs atradimą, savidisciplinos ir bendruomeniškumo ugdymą stovykloje dalyvavusiems jaunosios kartos atstovams kalbėjo Airijos ateitininkai ir iš Pabradės atvykę miesto bendruomenės „Domus“ bei Šaulių sąjungos nariai.
Nuostabiame Airijos pietuose esančiame gamtos kampelyje ant jūros kranto kelias dienas vykstančioje stovykloje netilo lietuviškos dainos, lietuviškų melodijų ritmu vyko šokiai, organizuotos įvairios sporto varžybos, liepsnojo laužas.
Neužmiršti ir jaunieji renginio dalyviai – jaunimui (o ir suaugusiems) ambasadorius M. Gudynas skaitė paskaitą „Jie kūrė Lietuvą“, vyko konkursas, leidęs patikrinti žinias, kas geriausiai pažįsta Lietuvą. Vaikams organizuotas piešinių konkursas, sporto varžytuvės, įvairios rankdarbių dirbtuvės.
