Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos (SAM) iniciatyva Alytaus apskrities S. Kudirkos ligoninėje vykdomas Priėmimo-skubiosios pagalbos bei Reanimacijos ir intensyviosios terapijos skyrių modernizavimas. Iki 2024 m. gruodžio įgyvendinti pokyčiai sustiprins teikiamų paslaugų kokybę ir padės ekstremaliųjų situacijų atvejais užtikrinti dar efektyvesnį paslaugų teikimą.
Pasak SAM Asmens sveikatos departamento Specializuotos sveikatos priežiūros skyriaus patarėjos Alvydos Naujokaitės, ligoninės skyrių ir medicininės įrangos atnaujinimui skirtos investicijos leis dar labiau pagerinti skubiosios medicinos pagalbos paslaugų kokybę ir prieinamumą, gydymo rezultatus. Taip pat padės užtikrinti efektyvesnį paciento kelią gydymo proceso metu, patogias sąlygas pacientams ir juos lydintiems asmenims skubios pagalbos skyriuje bei šiuolaikines darbo sąlygas personalui.
Skubiosios pagalbos skyrius išsiplės į naują priestatą
Pasak S. Kudirkos ligoninės Priėmimo-skubiosios pagalbos skyriaus vedėjos, šeimos gydytojos Vilmos Krušnienės, ligoninėje bus vykdoma rekonstrukcija – statomas 322 kv. m. ploto priestatas, remontuojama dalis ligoninės patalpų. „Priėmimo-skubiosios pagalbos skyriuje planuojama padidinti pacientų laukimo zoną, atskirti suaugusiųjų ir vaikų priėmimo skyrius ir įrengti du atskirus įėjimus. Bus atnaujinta registratūra“, – pažymėjo ji.
Pašnekovė pridūrė, kad naujame priestate bus įrengiami vaikų chirurgo, pediatro kabinetai, vaikų stebėjimo palatos. Taip pat bus įkurtos dvi naujos pacientų skirstymo patalpos: „Įgyvendinus numatytus pokyčius Priėmimo-skubiosios pagalbos skyriuje efektyviau valdysime pacientų srautus. Galėsime dar geriau užtikrinti ligoninės lankytojų ir darbuotojų saugumą, ir sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikimą infekcijų atveju“.
Reanimacijos skyrius – daugiau nei dvigubai didesnis
Reanimacijos ir intensyviosios terapijos skyriaus vedėjos, gydytojos anesteziologės reanimatologės Vilmos Jančiukienės teigimu, modernizuojant Alytaus apskrities S. Kudirkos ligoninės Reanimacijos ir intensyviosios terapijos skyrių, bus atliktas pirmo aukšto kapitalinis remontas, perplanuotos patalpos, išplėsiančios skyriaus plotą daugiau nei du kartus: nuo maždaug 220 kv. m. iki 521 kv. m.
„Reanimacijos ir intensyviosios terapijos skyriuje lovų skaičius išliks toks pat – 6, tačiau 3 iš jų bus vienutėse. 2 palatos bus izoliatoriai su priešboksiais, kuriose bus įrengta neigiamo slėgio ventiliacija, leidžianti valdyti sunkių infekcijų plitimą“, – pažymėjo skyriaus vedėja.
Jos teigimu, skyriuje bus sumontuota nauja būtina medicininė įranga, kiekvienai paciento lovai bus skirta mažiausiai 20 kv. m., tarp lovų bus siekiama išlaikyti 4 m. atstumą – tai padės užtikrinti pacientų privačią erdvę, specialistams leis paprasčiau bei patogiau atlikti procedūras.
„Reanimacijoje ir intensyviosios terapijos skyriuje teikiant paslaugas pacientui yra gyvybiškai svarbi kiekviena minutė, todėl geresnės darbo sąlygos leis pagalbą suteikti dar greičiau ir kokybiškiau“, – sakė ji.
Atnaujintose patalpose taip pat bus įrengti gydytojų kabinetai, slaugytojų ir slaugytojų padėjėjų poilsio bei medikamentų laikymo patalpos, numatyta įrengti pneumopaštą laboratorinių tyrimų perdavimui į Klinikinę laboratoriją.
Projektas, kurio vertė siekia daugiau nei 3,5 mln. eurų, finansuojamas pagal Ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo planą „Naujos kartos Lietuva“ iš ES ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo priemonės „NextGenerationEU“.
