Vidaus reikalų ministerijoje įteiktos padėkos per neteisėtos migracijos krizę įkurto Jungtinių situacijų centro (toliau – JSC) pareigūnams. Beveik 2 metus veikusio centro funkcijas perima Nacionalinis krizių valdymo centras.
„JSC suvaidino itin svarbų vaidmenį migracijos krizės valdyme. Pirmiausiai, buvo sukurtas vienas informacinis laukas, jungiantis įvairių tarnybų informaciją realiu laiku. Tai leido priimti efektyvesnius sprendimus ir gerokai supaprastino patį valdymo procesą. Antra, šio centro įkūrimas sustiprino ryšius tarp tarnybų, o tai yra didelė mūsų stiprybė ir kartu valstybės atsparumo pagrindas dabar ir ateityje“, – teigė vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė.
Ministrė pabrėžė, jog tokio pobūdžio realiai veikiantis informacijos analizės centras, išsiplečiantis už vienos institucijos ribų, buvo sukurtas pirmą kartą.
JSC buvo sudarytas 2021 m. rugpjūčio 11 d. pagal operacijų vadovės vidaus reikalų ministrės A. Bilotaitės įsakymą, pačiame Lukašenkos režimo organizuotos hibridinės atakos prieš Lietuvą ir visą ES įkarštyje. Jame dirbo statutiniai pareigūnai iš Valstybės sienos apsaugos tarnybos, taip pat Lietuvos kariuomenės, Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos, Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos bei kitų institucijų atstovai.
Centras sparčiai ir sėkmingai evoliucionavo – kai 2021 m. lapkričio mėn. šalyje buvo įvesta nepaprastoji padėtis, sustiprinus analitines ir prognostines funkcijas JSC tapo ir nepaprastosios padėties situacijų centru.
