Gegužės 12 d. (penktadienį), 10 val. į Nerį ties Čiobiškio keltu (Padalių k., Kaišiadorių raj.) bus išleista 40 tūkstančių europinių unguriukų. Tai reta galimybė pamatyti ungurių įveisimą gyvai.
Renginyje dalyvaus žemės ūkio ministras Kęstutis Navickas, Žemės ūkio ministerijos Žuvininkystės departamento atstovai ir Žuvininkystės tarnybos prie Lietuvos Respublikos žemės ūkio ministerijos Žuvivaisos departamento darbuotojai.
Į renginį edukaciniais tikslais pakviesti dalyvauti Kaišiadorių r. Žaslių pagrindinės mokyklos vaikai ir Žaslių lopšelio-darželio „Žaliasis klevelis” auklėtiniai.
Žuvininkystės tarnyba prie Lietuvos Respublikos žemės ūkio ministerijos, įgyvendindama „Europinių ungurių išteklių atkūrimo Lietuvoje 2023 m.“ projektą, šiemet į Lietuvos vandens telkinius planuoja išleisti daugiau nei 1 mln. europinių ungurių jauniklių.
