Vidaus reikalų ministerija, bendradarbiaudama su Ekonomikos ir inovacijų ministerija, įgyvendino pirmą paslaugų katalogų apjungimo projekto etapą. Paslaugų gavėjai valstybės institucijų ir įstaigų teikiamas administracines ir viešąsias paslaugas nuo šiol galės rasti vienoje informacinėje sistemoje epaslaugos.lt.
Konsoliduojant informacines sistemas, Viešųjų ir administracinių paslaugų stebėsenos ir analizės informacinės sistemos (PASIS) duomenys apie teikiamas viešąsias ir administracines paslaugas buvo perkelti į Valstybės informacinių išteklių sąveikumo platformą (VIISP). Taip sudarytos sąlygos tobulinti viešųjų ir administracinių paslaugų kokybę ir gerinti jų prieinamumą, efektyviau naudoti išteklius.
Įgyvendinant pokyčius, taip pat mažinama administracinė našta paslaugų teikėjams ir jų teikimo administratoriams – tų pačių paslaugų aprašymų nebereikia teikti į dvi informacines sistemas. Gruodžio 20-21 d. Vidaus reikalų ministerija kartu su Informacinės visuomenės plėtros komitetu organizuoja mokymus įstaigų ir institucijų darbuotojams. Jų metu bus pristatytos paslaugų prašymų pildymo ir tvirtinimo procedūros VIISP aplinkoje.
Vidaus reikalų ministerija šiuo projekto etapu įgyvendino XVIII Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės programos nuostatų įgyvendinimo plano 9.1.8 veiksmą, kuriame numatyta sukurti ir įdiegti viešojo sektoriaus institucijų viešųjų ir administracinių paslaugų teikimo inovatyviais technologiniais būdais mechanizmą, užtikrinantį centralizuotą šių paslaugų perkėlimo į elektroninę erdvę valdymą.
Kituose projekto įgyvendinimo etapuose bus plečiami VIISP funkcionalumai, skirti informacijai apie viešąsias paslaugas kaupti, taip pat informacijai apie paslaugų kokybės ir prieinamumo rodiklius kaupti bei stebėti.
