Įvairios asociacijos ir pripažinti žemės ūkio kooperatyvai, gaminantys ar perdirbantys kokybiškus žemės ūkio ir maisto produktus, vėl gali kreiptis paramos jų populiarinimui ir realizavimui. Šiemet nauja tai, kad į šią paramą gali pretenduoti ir pareiškėjai, kurie vykdo veiklą pirminės gamybos sektoriuje.
Paraiškos pagal Žemės ūkio ministerijos patvirtintas Veiklos, susijusios su kokybiškų žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų populiarinimu ir realizavimu, finansavimo taisykles priimamos birželio 19 –30 dienomis.
Ministerija, siekdama didinti kokybiškų žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų gamybos apimtis, šiai priemonei skyrė 150 tūkst. Eur. Didžiausia pagalbos suma 1 metų laikotarpiui 1 pareiškėjui gali siekti iki 29 tūkst. Eur. Projektas gali būti įgyvendinamas per vienerius arba dvejus metus.
Pagalba teikiama kokybiškiems žemės ūkio ir maisto produktams, paženklintiems saugomomis kilmės vietos ar geografinėmis nuorodomis, garantuoto tradicinio gaminio ženklais, taip pat gaminamiems pagal nacionalinę maisto kokybės sistemą ir ekologiškiems žemės ūkio ir maisto produktams, išskyrus žuvininkystės ir akvakultūros produktus.
Pagalba gali būti skiriama produktams populiarinti (informacijos apie kokybiškus žemės ūkio ir maisto produktus sklaidai, populiarinimo leidinių apie juos leidybai), taip pat viešiesiems renginiams, tokiems kaip konferencijos, konkursai ir pan., išskyrus parodas ir muges, Lietuvoje organizuoti.
Paraiškas dėl finansavimo gali teikti asociacija ar pripažintas žemės ūkio kooperatyvas, kurių nariai vykdo pirminę kokybiškų žemės ūkio produktų gamybą, jų perdirbimą ir (ar) prekybą savais produktais. Paramą gali gauti ir viešąsias paslaugas teikiantis juridinis asmuo, kurio steigimo dokumentuose yra numatytas produktų populiarinimas ar realizavimas ir kuris teikia tokias paslaugas galutiniams pagalbos gavėjams.
Atnaujinus taisykles, nuo šių metų paramą produktų prekiniam paruošimui, sertifikavimo bei kontrolės išlaidoms galės gauti ir pareiškėjai, kurie vykdo veiklą kokybiškų žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų pirminės gamybos sektoriuje.
Paraiška ir reikalingi dokumentai turi būti teikiami Nacionalinei mokėjimo agentūrai prie ŽŪM.
