Žemės ūkio ministerija (ŽŪM) su projekto partneriais VšĮ Kaimo verslo ir rinkų plėtros agentūra, VšĮ Lietuvos žemės ūkio konsultavimo tarnyba ir VĮ Žemės ūkio duomenų centru įgyvendina projektą „ŽŪŽIS (Žemės ūkio žinių ir inovacijų sistemos) skaitmeninės/informacinės platformos sukūrimas”, Nr. 02-085-P-0004. Projektas finansuojamas Ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo priemonės bei Lietuvos Respublikos biudžeto lėšomis. Bendra projekto vertė 862 835,55 EUR.
Šiuo projektu, kuris bus įgyvendintas iki 2025 m. lapkričio 30-osios, siekiama tobulinti ŽŪM ir kartu dalyvaujančių projekto partnerių veiklą, sukuriant elektroninių paslaugų kokybę gerinančias priemones išorės vartotojams, didinant darbuotojų, dirbančių su informacinėmis sistemomis, darbo efektyvumą bei suteikiant platformą žemės ūkio žinių ir inovacijų srityje veikiančių subjektų tinklaveikai. Tokioje tinklaveikoje būtų pateikiama naujausia informacija apie žemės ūkio inovacijas ir mokslinių tyrimų rezultatus, t.y. sukuriant vieningą ŽŪŽIS skaitmeninę / informacinę platformą.
Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus kuriama ŽŪŽIS skaitmeninė platforma, kuri suteiks galimybę vystyti tinklaveiką tarp šios sistemos dalyvių, užtikrins esminių su ŽŪŽIS susijusių e. paslaugų prieinamumą vienoje vietoje, atliepiant esminius poreikius dėl ŽŪŽIS paslaugų plėtros, užtikrins ir palengvins centralizuotą sistemos koordinavimą ir valdymą.
Įgyvendinus projektą bus pasiektos šios naudos:
- Sukūrus ŽŪŽIS skaitmeninėje platformoje vieno langelio principu veikiantį projektų paslaugų komponentą bus supaprastintas: susitelkimas EIP projektams, parodomiesiems projektams bei informaciniams renginiams; informacijos pateikimo apie informacinius renginius procesas; informacijos paieškos procesas.
- Sukūrus ŽŪŽIS skaitmeninėje platformoje vieno langelio principu veikiantį mokymų paslaugų komponentą bus supaprastintas: informavimo procesas (bus sutaupytas mokymų organizatorių laikas); mokymų paieškos procesas (bus sutaupytas mokymuose dalyvauti suinteresuotų asmenų laikas). Taip pat bus sutaupytas mokymų dalyvių laikas.
- Sukūrus ŽŪŽIS skaitmeninėje platformoje vieno langelio principu veikiantį mokslinių tyrimų, pažangių technologijų ir inovacijų komponentą bus supaprastintas susitelkimo inovacijoms procesas, palengvinta partnerių bei investuotojų paieška ir sutaupytas visų suinteresuotų dalyvių laikas.
