Artūras Žukas. Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerija, atsižvelgusi į švietimo bendruomenės siūlymus, parengė bendrųjų ugdymo planų korekcijas. Jos atliktos po ministerijos vadovų ir pedagogų susitikimų „Ministerija be sienų“ dešimtyje Lietuvos regionų. Gegužę ir birželį vykusiuose susitikimuose buvo aptartos švietimo aktualijos, pasirengimas naujiems mokslo metams, tobulintini dokumentai. Vieni iš jų – 2023–2024 ir 2024–2025 mokslo metų pradinio, pagrindinio ir vidurinio ugdymo programų bendrieji ugdymo planai. Kviečiame susipažinti su siūlomais atnaujinimais ir pateikti savo pastabas iki 2023 m. liepos 17 d.
Atsižvelgiant į mokyklų prašymą, siūloma koreguoti nuostatą dėl mokinių, besimokančių pagal muzikos, dailės, menų, sporto ir kitas neformaliojo vaikų švietimo ar formalųjį švietimą papildančio ugdymo programas ar jas baigusių, atleidimo nuo to paties dalyko pamokų. Iki šiol mokinys galėjo nelankyti dalies arba visų tų dalyko pamokų ir atsiskaityti su mokytoju sutartu metu. Tačiau mokytojams nuo pamokų atleistų mokinių atsiskaitymai tapo papildomu darbu po pamokų, tad atnaujintame projekte numatoma, kad mokinys gali būti atleistas tik nuo dalies pamokų, o į su mokytoju sutartus atsiskaitymus turėtų ateiti pamokų metu.
Atnaujintame bendrojo ugdymo planų patikslinta dėl gyvenimo įgūdžių dalyko įvedimo: nebelieka atskiro iki šiol buvusio žmogaus saugos dalyko.
Taip pat patikslinta, kad III–IV gimnazijos klasėje formuojamos atskiros laikinosios mokinių grupės mokytis bendruoju ir išplėstiniu kursu lietuvių kalbos ir literatūros ir matematikos. Grupės iš paralelinių klasių formuojamos ir IV gimnazijos klasėje mokantis inžinerinių technologijų skirtingų potemių, jei mokykla gali pasiūlyti tokią mokymo įvairovę.
Atskiru priedu aprašytas socialinės-pilietinės veiklos organizavimas. Siūloma mokykloje paskirti už šią privalomą mokiniams veiklą atsakingą mokytoją. Ministerija jau yra parengusi atitinkamus pakeitimus dėl apmokėjimo už šią funkciją.
Parengtas papildymas apie užsieniečių ugdymo Lietuvos mokyklose organizavimą. Pasiteisinus ukrainiečių integracijos į Lietuvos mokyklas modeliui siūloma tokį patį algoritmą naudoti priimant ir iš kitų šalių atvykusius mokinius. Numatoma, kad vaikai gali būti iš karto priimami į bendras klases teikiant papildomas lietuvių kalbos pamokas arba mokytis laikinai sudarytose išlyginamosiose klasėse. Visais atvejais mokiniui sudaromas individualus ugdymosi planas, kartu su jo tėvais aptariamas preliminarus adaptacijos laikotarpis.
