Lietuvos aukštoji jūreivystės mokykla (LAJM) nuo spalio 1 d. jungsis prie VILNIUS TECH. Aukštoji mokykla taps universiteto padaliniu – Lietuvos jūreivystės akademija – Klaipėdoje. Jungimosi datą šiandien patvirtino Vyriausybė.
Kaip Vyriausybė jau yra numačiusi valstybinių kolegijų tinklo stiprinimo plane, Lietuvos jūreivystės akademija ir toliau vykdys kolegines jūrų inžinerijos bei jūrų technologijų krypčių studijas, jūrų transporto sektoriaus darbuotojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo mokymus. Ateityje numatoma kurti ir naujas – atsinaujinančių energijos šaltinių jūroje inžinerijos, uosto ir laivybos inžinerinio valdymo – studijų programas.
Tobulinant studijų ir mokymo infrastruktūrą numatoma statyti naują Jūrų inžinerijos ir atsinaujinančios energijos kompetencijų centrą, kuriame bus vykdomi ir praktiniai jūrinio vėjo jėgainių bei jas aptarnaujančio laivyno darbuotojų mokymai.
Susijungus aukštosioms mokykloms, VILNIUS TECH rengs ne tik oro, žemės, bet ir vandens transporto specialistus, kurs intermodalinių pervežimų sistemas.
Priėmimo tvarka nesikeičia
Šiemet norintiesiems pradėti studijas LAJM priėmimo tvarka nesikeičia – kaip ir anksčiau, pildant priėmimo prašymus reikės rinktis šią aukštąją mokyklą, priėmimas vyks būtent į ją.
Nuo kitų mokslo metų baigiantieji kolegines studijas gaus VILNIUS TECH profesinio bakalauro diplomus.
Kolegijos reorganizavimas neturės įtakos studijų proceso organizavimui. VILNIUS TECH pereina visos LAJM teisės ir pareigos – universitetas rūpinsis ir visų įsipareigojimų studentams pagal iki reorganizavimo pasirašytų studijų sutartis vykdymu. Studijos ir toliau vyks Klaipėdoje.
Įgyvendinamas valstybinių kolegijų tinklo stiprinimo planas
Siekdama gerinti koleginių studijų kokybę, Vyriausybė yra patvirtinusi 2023–2024 m. valstybinių kolegijų tinklo stiprinimo planą, kuriame valstybinėms kolegijoms keliami veiklos tikslai.
Plane įtvirtinta, kad ne mažiau kaip pusė valstybinių kolegijų dėstytojų turi turėti ne mažesnę kaip 3 metų praktinio darbo patirtį, susijusią su dėstomuoju dalyku, o praktiniam rengimui turi būti skiriama ne mažiau kaip trečdalis studijų programos apimties. Tai reiškia, kad praktiniam rengimui bus skiriama ne mažiau kaip 1 metai.
Taip pat numatyta, kad 2029 m. bet kurioje valstybinėje kolegijoje studijuotų ne mažiau kaip 1,2 tūkst. studentų. Toks sutelkimas svarbus formuojant ir išlaikant stiprų dėstytojų branduolį, užtikrinant kokybiškoms studijoms būtiną infrastruktūrą.
Įgyvendinant kolegijų stiprinimo planą patvirtinta, kad Alytaus kolegija nuo liepos 1 d. jungiasi prie Kauno kolegijos, o Marijampolės kolegija nuo spalio 1 d. jungiasi prie Mykolo Romerio universiteto. Greitu metu planuojama patvirtinti ir Vilniaus technologijų ir dizaino kolegijos jungimosi prie Vilniaus kolegijos bei Kauno technikos kolegijos ir Kauno miškų ir aplinkos inžinerijos kolegijos susijungimo datas.
