Birželio 4 d. Lietuvoje (Marijampolėje) surengtas Lietuvos ir Lenkijos tarpvyriausybinės bendradarbiavimo per sieną komisijos posėdis, kuriam ko-pirmininkavo vidaus reikalų viceministras Arnoldas Abramavičius.
Susitikimo dalyviai iš įvairių Lietuvos ir Lenkijos centrinės valdžios institucijų bei šalių pasienio regionų savivaldybių, apsikeitė aktualia informacija bei diskutavo dėl tolesnio bendradarbiavimo gilinimo civilinės saugos, susisiekimo, tarpinstitucinio bendradarbiavimo bei regioninio vystymosi klausimais.
Viceministro A. Abramavičiaus pažymėjo, kad komisijos veikla ir konkrečiai šis susitikimas yra dar vienas įrodymas, kad abipusiu pasitikėjimu grįsti Lietuvos ir Lenkijos santykiai yra viso regiono stabilumo bei saugumo garantas.
Susitikimo metu pristatyta ir Interreg Lietuvos ir Lenkijos bendradarbiavimo per sieną programos įgyvendinimo situacija, aptarti iššūkiai ir ateities perspektyvos.
2021–2027 m. Europos Sąjungos finansavimo laikotarpiu programa išsiskiria ženkliai didesniu finansavimu (124 mln. eurų ES bei Lietuvos ir Lenkijos nacionalinių lėšų) ir naujais prioritetais, skirtais susisiekimo bei mobilumo gerinimui ir saugesnės Europos iniciatyvoms.
„Šiuo metu labai svarbu ne tik spartinti projektų įgyvendinimą, didinti ES lėšų investavimo spartą, bet ir pradėti ruoštis naujajam ES finansavimo laikotarpiui, visapusiškai įvertinus esamos geopolitinės situacijos nulemtus iššūkius ir sudarius tinkamas prielaidas Lietuvos ir Lenkijos pasienio regiono tolygiai plėtrai ir bendradarbiavimui”, – sako viceministras Arnoldas Abramavičius.
Įgyvendinant programą jau įvyko du kvietimai teikti projektų paraiškas, šiuo metu paskelbtas trečiasis kvietimas (iki š. m. liepos 31 d.). Pirmojo kvietimo metu atrinkti 24 projektai, kurių vertė – beveik 15 mln. eurų (pasirašytos sutartys). Antrojo – mažų projektų – kvietimo metu gautos 59 paraiškos šiuo metu vertinamos. Šiuos projektus planuojama atrinkti šių metų rugpjūčio 1 d. vyksiančiame programos Stebėsenos komiteto posėdyje.
Susitikime taip pat pristatyti strateginės svarbos projektai, iš kurių net du skirti Vidaus reikalų ministerijos politikos formavimo sritims – civilinei saugai ir sienų apsaugai.
Priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo departamento prie Vidaus reikalų ministerijos inicijuoto projekto metu, laikantis naujausių Europos Sąjungos reikalavimų, planuojma statyti naują ugniagesių gelbėtojų stotį su priedanga vietos gyventojams.
Valstybės sienos apsaugos tarnyba Vidaus reikalų ministerijos kartu su partneriais planuoja bendrus institucijų mokymus ir pratybas, taip pat ketina įrengti patalpas ir įsigyti įrangą bendroms institucijų operacijoms.
Aktyvus pasienio regiono projektų pareiškėjų dalyvavimas rodo didžiulį bendradarbiavimo poreikį ir projektų idėjų gausą.
Lietuvos ir Lenkijos tarpvyriausybinė bendradarbiavimo per sieną komisija įsteigta 1995 m. Komisijos užduotis yra bendrųjų bendradarbiavimo per sieną krypčių, programų ir formų nustatymas bei koordinavimas, rekomendacijų teikimas bendriems regioninio ir vietinio lygio koordinaciniams organams bei ginčytinų klausimų, apsunkinančių bendradarbiavimą, sprendimas.
