Nuo rugsėjo mėnesio pradėjo veikti Valstybinės ligonių kasos (VLK) ir „Sodros“ specialistų įdiegta bendra vieno skambučio paslauga. Ši paslauga teikiama gyventojams, kurie skambina šių įstaigų konsultacijų telefono numeriais.
Abiem įstaigoms sutarus, nutarta palengvinti konsultacijų teikimą gyventojams telefonu. Ši funkcionali paslauga veikia tokiu principu: jeigu gyventojas paskambina į „Sodrą“ ir užduoda ligonių kasų kuruojamą klausimą, jis sujungiamas su VLK Elektroninių paslaugų skyriaus konsultantu. Ir atvirkščiai – jeigu paskambinus į VLK reikia „Sodros“ specialistų konsultacijos, skambutis peradresuojamas „Sodrai“. Taip taupomas skambinančiųjų laikas – nebereikia iš naujo skambinti norint gauti atsakymą į rūpimą klausimą.
„Pastebėjome, kad žmonės ne visada žino, kuri įstaiga kuruoja tam tikrus klausimus. Dabar, jeigu reikės, gyventojus galėsime iškart sujungti su juos dominantį klausimą kuruojančiais „Sodros“ specialistais. Ši funkcionali skambučio perjungimo paslauga ne tik taupys gyventojų laiką, bet ir suteiks galimybę gauti kompleksinę paslaugą iš abiejų institucijų vienu skambučiu“, – sako VLK Elektroninių paslaugų skyriaus vedėja Rolanda Jonuškienė.
Paskambinus ligonių kasų fiksuoto ryšio informacijos telefono numeriu +370 5 232 2222, galima pasitikslinti, ar žmogus yra draustas privalomuoju sveikatos draudimu (PSD). Taip pat – gauti informacijos apie sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas ir jų apmokėjimą, kompensuojamuosius vaistus ir medicinos pagalbos priemones, dantų protezavimą, pasikonsultuoti dėl gydymo įstaigoje sumokėto mokesčio teisėtumo, Europos sveikatos draudimo kortelės naudojimo ir kitų paslaugų, kurias apdraustiesiems kompensuoja ligonių kasos.
Kasdien ligonių kasų gyventojus konsultuojantys specialistai sulaukia apie 500 skambučių įvairiausiais klausimais.
„Sodros“ informacijos centro konsultantai telefono numeriu +370 5 250 0883 kasdien aptarnauja – suteikia informaciją ir konsultacijas – maždaug 4 tūkst. klientų. Žmonės aktyviai konsultuojasi telefonu bei elektroniniais kanalais. Todėl siekiame, kad šios konsultacijos būtų greitos, patogios ir efektyvios, reaguojame į besikeičiančius klientų poreikius“ – sako „Sodros“ Klientų aptarnavimo valdymo skyriaus vedėjas Evaldas Mikutis.
Paskambinęs į „Sodros“ informacijos centrą klientas gali pasirinkti jį dominančią temą iš sąrašo, kuris pateikiamas pagal prioritetus: ligos, motinystės ir kitos išmokos, pensijos ir šalpos išmokos, nedarbo išmokos bedarbiams, įmokų mokėjimas ir formų pildymas.
Skambinant „Sodros“ numeriu +370 5 250 0883 taikomi standartiniai operatorių tarifai, tai yra tokie patys kaip skambinant bet kuriuo kitu numeriu. Skambinant trumpuoju „Sodros“ numeriu 1883 – priklausomai nuo operatoriaus tarifų, skambutis kainuoja iki 15 centų už minutę.
