Antradienį žemės ūkio ministras Kęstutis Navickas ir viceministras Vytautas Abukauskas Molėtų rajono savivaldybėje susitiko su Molėtų ūkininkų sąjungos atstovais bei savivaldybės meru Sauliumi Jauneika.
Susitikime aptartas daugiamečių pievų atkūrimo klausimas, taip pat pieno sektoriaus padėtis, naftos dujų kainos bei akcizinio kuro naudojimo tvarka. Kalbėta ir apie saugomų teritorijų bei apsaugos zonų problemas, tręšiamųjų produktų žurnalo pildymą, aptarti kiti svarbūs klausimai.
Ministras K. Navickas informavo, kad po pokalbio su Ministre Pirmininke bus rastas sprendimas dėl lengvatinio dyzelino ir suskystintų dujų akcizo.
Jis taip pat pranešė, kad Žemės ūkio ministerija pasiūlė Europos Komisijai (EK) vandens apsaugos juostas prie paviršinių vandens telkinių laikyti atkuriamomis pievomis. Tikimasi, kad tai leistų sumažinti reikalingų atkurti pievų plotus (šiandien šis skaičius iki privalomo minimumo siekia 87 tūkst. ha).
Vadinasi, ūkininkams, kuriems 2023 m. pabaigoje nustatyta prievolė atstatyti daugiametes pievas, nuo 2024 m. į atstatomą plotą būtų įskaityti ir šie deklaruojami plotai − tiek vandens apsaugos juostos pagal GAAB 4, tiek įkuriami nauji ir (ar) prižiūrimi esami žoliniai kraštovaizdžio elementai pagal ekologinę sistemą „Kraštovaizdžio elementų priežiūra. Galutinis sprendimas paaiškės po Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 metų strateginio plano keitimų suderinimo su EK ir 2024 m. tiesioginių išmokų administravimo bei kontrolės taisyklių patvirtinimo.
Žemės ūkio ministerija, spręsdama daugiamečių pievų klausimą, kartu su ūkininkais ieško sprendimų – po diskusijų su Lietuvos žemės ūkio tarybos atstovais EK išsiųstas paklausimas, ar pievos, deklaruojamos ilgiau kaip 5 metus, gali būti įtrauktos į sėjomainą. Jei atsakymas būtų teigiamas, tai leistų dar kartą peržiūrėti referencinių metų pievų plotą, tačiau koks būtų rezultatas, šiandien pasakyti negalima. Ministerija yra numačiusi ir daugiau galimų šios problemos sprendimo būdų.
