Vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė darbo vizitu lankėsi Kaišiadoryse, kur susitiko su Kaišiadorių r. savivaldybės ir statutinių įstaigų vadovais, taip pat dalyvavo civilinės saugos pamokoje Kaišiadorių Algirdo Brazausko gimnazijoje ir gyventojams skirtoje diskusijoje apie viešąjį saugumą.
Vienas svarbiausių vizito klausimų – civilinės saugos stiprinimas. Ministrė su Kaišiadorių r. meru Šarūnu Čėsna ir administracijos direktoriumi Karoliu Petkevičiumi aptarė priedangų parinkimo bei gyventojų informavimo svarbą, būtinybę atnaujinti ekstremaliųjų situacijų valdymo, evakuacijos planus.
„Kaišiadorių r. savivaldybė yra vienas iš teigiamų pavyzdžių civilinės saugos srityje – čia oro pavojaus atveju priedangose saugią vietą rastų beveik 60 proc. rajono gyventojų. Vertiname savivaldos įsitraukimą ir lyderystę, siekiant geresnio gyventojų ir institucijų pasirengimo ekstremaliosioms situacijoms“, – teigia vidaus reikalų ministrė.
Ministrė pabrėžė, jog Vyriausybės siekis – kad priedangose užtektų vietos ne mažiau kaip 50 proc. gyventojų (60 proc. – miestų sav., 40 proc. – rajonų sav.). Kaišiadorių r. savivaldybė yra viena iš 17 savivaldybių, jau pasiekusių nustatytą tikslą – čia parinktos ir paženklintos 149 priedangos.
Šalyje per 2 metus sukurtas 3927 priedangų tinklas gyventojų apsaugai nuo oro pavojaus ir netiesioginio apšaudymo. Pavojaus atveju esamose priedangose tilptų apie 1 mln. arba apie 36 proc. šalies gyventojų. Priedangos sužymėtos interaktyviame žemėlapyje: https://lt72.lt/kolektyvines-apsaugos-statiniai-priedangos-ir-rusiai/. Vidaus reikalų ministerija skatina gyventojus įsirengti ir asmenines priedangas. Gyventojų apklausos duomenimis, priedangai savo rūsį yra pritaikę 28 proc. gyventojų.
Ne mažiau svarbus ir gyventojų perspėjimas pavojaus atveju. Kaišiadorių rajono savivaldybėje perspėjimo sirenų tinklas dengia apie 70 proc. gyvenamosios teritorijos.
Civilinės saugos stiprinime didelį vaidmenį vaidina ir Priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo departamentas, kuris glaudžiai bendradarbiauja su savivalda. Susitikime su Kaišiadorių priešgaisrinės gelbėjimo tarnybos vadovais ir pareigūnų bendruomene pristatyta VRM parengta Civilinės saugos stiprinimo ir plėtros programa, kurioje numatytos 7 civilinės saugos stiprinimo kryptis iki 2030 m., taip pat finansavimas.
Susitikime aptartos ir gaisrų prevencijos priemonės. Situacija Kaišiadorių rajone yra ženkliai geresnė nei šalies vidurkis – čia 2023 m. kilo 123 gaisrai, kuriuose nežuvo nei vienas žmogus (2022 m. taip pat 0 žuvusių).
Savivaldybėje yra parengta Gaisrų prevencijos programa, kurioje numatytos priemonės gaisrų ir žuvusiųjų gaisruose skaičiaus mažinimui. 2023 m. Kaišiadorių r. sav. vykdytos prevencinės akcijos „Padėk artimui“, „Saugūs namai“, „Būk budrus – išvenk gaisro!“. Aplankyti 539 gyventojų būstai, sumontuoti 77 dūmų detektoriai jų neturintiems gyventojams. Pagal ministrės įsakymu atnaujintą Gaisrų prevencijos veiksmų planą, stiprinant gaisrų prevenciją, įtraukiami savivaldybės ir socialinių paslaugų srities darbuotojai.
