VĮ „Žemės ūkio duomenų centras“ surengtuose nuotoliniuose mokymuose „Žemės ūkio apskaitos žurnalų ir trąšų apskaitos pildymas Paraiškų priėmimo informacinėje sistemoje“ dalyvavo beveik 400 ūkininkų. Tai rodo, kad ši tema pasėlius besiruošiantiems deklaruoti žemdirbiams yra tikrai aktuali.
Paraiškų priėmimo informacinė sistema (PPIS) teikia penkias elektronines paslaugas. Tarp jų – žemės ūkio apskaitos žurnalų pildymas bei panaudotų tręšiamųjų produktų apskaita.
Deklaruojant pasėlius ir dalyvaujant klimatui, aplinkai ir gyvūnų gerovei naudingose sistemose (ekologinėse sistemose), pareiškėjams reikės pildyti augalų apsaugos produktų žurnalą, atliktų ūkio darbų žurnalą, tręšimo apskaitą suvesti į PPIS.
Ūkininkų patirtis pildant elektroninius žurnalus yra labai skirtinga. Vieni dar nėra bandę sistemoje dirbti, kiti jau savarankiškai pildė žurnalus. Mokymuose aptarti įvairūs tiek bendrojo pobūdžio, tiek techniniai PPIS sistemos naudojimo ir joje esamų žurnalų pildymo klausimai.
Kaip teigė VĮ Žemės ūkio duomenų centro Geografinių informacinių sistemų skyriaus vadovė Raminta Vitkauskienė, tokie mokymai jau buvo surengti Lietuvos grūdų augintojų asociacijos nariams ir Pasvalio rajono ūkininkams. „Jeigu bus poreikis, nuotolinius mokymus surengsime visoms to pageidaujančioms ūkininkus vienijančioms organizacijoms ir jų nariams“, – teigė R.
