Užsienio reikalų ministerija rekomenduoja jokiais tikslais nevykti į Libaną, o šalyje esantiems Lietuvos piliečiams – išvykti, dėl itin nestabilios saugumo padėties, didelės teroristinių išpuolių rizikos ir galimų karinių veiksmų.
Artimųjų Rytų regione „Hamas“ teroristinei grupuotei pradėjus teroristines atakas prieš Izraelį ir besitęsiant konfliktui plečiasi išpuolių bei apšaudymų, taip pat teroristinių išpuolių geografija Izraelio ir Libano pasienyje bei plačiau šalyje. Galimos atakos bei teroristiniai išpuoliai Libano sostinėje Beirute, taip pat kituose Libano miestuose.
Saugumo situacija šalyje gali keistis labai greitai, todėl būtina nuolat sekti informaciją ir būti budriems, vadovautis vietos valdžios patarimais.
Užsienio reikalų ministerija taip pat primygtinai rekomenduojama nevykti į ypač pavojingas zonas: pasienio su Izraeliu teritorijos, ypač į pietus nuo Litanijos upės, pietinė Beiruto dalis, Tripolis (Trablous), šiaurinė Bekaa slėnio dalis ir Hermelio rajonas, palestiniečių pabėgėlių stovyklos, pasienio ruožas su Sirija. Pavojus išlieka ir likusiame Beirute, Sidone (Saida) bei pietinėje Bekaa slėnio dalyje.
Rekomenduojame stebėti oro uostų informaciją – gali būti ribojamas susisiekimas su šalimi.
Jei šiuo metu esate Libane, nedelsiant prašome užsiregistruoti užpildant kelionės registracijos formą, kad prireikus galėtume su jumis susisiekti dėl konsulinės pagalbos.
