Lietuvos delegacija, vadovaujama Užsienio reikalų ministerijos Globalių reikalų grupės vadovo Vytauto Pinkaus, susitiko su Pietų Afrikos delegacija, kuriai vadovavo Tarptautinių santykių ir bendradarbiavimo departamento Amerikų ir Europos direktorato generalinio direktoriaus pavaduotoja Maud Dlomo.
Susitikime aptartas dvišalis politinis ir ekonominis bendradarbiavimas, saugumo politikos klausimai ir regioniniai saugumo iššūkiai, dvišalių akademinių mainų, patirties dalinimosi ir mokymų galimybės, atkreiptas dėmesys į Lietuvos interesus plėsti ryšius gyvybės mokslų, ICT, Fintech, lazerių, aplinkosaugos, žemės ūkio sektoriuose.
