Viešo aukciono būdu bus parduodamas valstybei priklausantis bendrovės „Šilutės polderiai“ akcijų paketas. Aukcionas numatytas balandžio 30 dieną.
Viešo aukciono būdu bus parduodamas 81,02 proc. (1 968 344 vnt.) valstybei priklausantis bendrovės akcijų paketas. Pagrindinė šios įmonės veiklos kryptis – polderių sistemų aptarnavimas, kelių, pėsčiųjų takų, siurblinių, sausinamojo tinklo ir kitų hidrotechninių įrenginių priežiūra, remontas bei rekonstrukcija, kiti statybos rangos darbai.
Valstybei priklausančio bendrovės akcijų paketo pradinė aukciono kaina 697 000 eurų.
Bendrovės įstatinis kapitalas sudaro 704,5 tūkst. eurų, ilgalaikis turtas – 523,3 tūkst. eurų, 2023 m. metinė apyvarta siekė 2,877 mln. eurų.
Bendrovės dokumentų rinkinį (tiek popierinį, tiek elektroninį) galima įsigyti nuo 2024 m. kovo 26 d. Dokumentų rinkinyje pateikiama informacija apie įmonės veiklą, teikiamas paslaugas, valdomą turtą, finansinės apžvalgos analizė bei kita aktuali informacija. Dokumentų rinkinio pardavimo kaina 145 eurai.
Potencialių pirkėjų vokų su paraiškomis dalyvauti aukcione registravimas vyks balandžio 26–29 dienomis, aukcionas numatytas balandžio 30 d. Laimėtoju bus pripažintas tas aukciono dalyvis, kuris pasiūlys didžiausią kainą už akcijas. Gautos lėšos bus pervestos į valstybės biudžetą.
Vokus su paraiškomis dalyvauti aukcione pateikti gali tik asmenys, įsigiję dokumentų rinkinį pagal informaciniame biuletenyje paskelbtą privatizavimo programą.
