Tautinio paveldo produktų kūrėjai kviečiami teikti paraiškas gauti valstybės paramą tautinio paveldo produktams saugoti, populiarinti ir realizuoti. Šio kvietimo paraiškoms finansuoti skiriama 147 000 Eur. Didžiausia galima pagalbos suma, skiriama vienam pareiškėjui vieniems metams – 5 000 Eur.
Tautinio paveldo veiklos finansavimo tikslas – populiarinti tradicinius amatus ir tautinio paveldo produktus, skatinti jų saugojimą ir realizavimą, formuoti patrauklų tautinio paveldo produktų įvaizdį šalyje ir užsienyje.
Pagal Tautinio paveldo veiklos finansavimo taisykles gali būti remiamos tautinio paveldo produktų kūrėjų kelionės išlaidos vykstant į parodas, muges (išskyrus organizuojamas prekybos centruose) ir kitus viešuosius renginius. Taip pat tautinio paveldo produktų transportavimo paslaugos, vykstant į užsienio valstybėse organizuojamas parodas, muges (išskyrus organizuojamas prekybos centruose) ir kitus viešuosius renginius reprezentuoti Lietuvą.
Valstybės paramos lėšomis taip pat gali būti finansuojamos tautinio paveldo produktų ženklinimo, ženklų, pakuočių gamybos, įrangos tradiciniams amatams gyvai demonstruoti, nakvynės išlaidos vykstant į parodas, muges, tradicinių amatų meistrų tradicinių amatų edukacinių užsiėmimų organizavimo Lietuvoje išlaidos ir t.t.
Paramą šioms veikloms vykdyti gali gauti tautinio paveldo produktų kūrėjai, kuriantys ir (arba) gaminantys, ir demonstruojantys ir (ar) realizuojantys sertifikuotus A arba B kategorijos tautinio paveldo produktus, taip pat A kategorijos tradicinių amatų meistrai.
Tautinio paveldo veiklos finansavimo taisyklėse numatyta, kad gali būti finansuojama 80 proc. visų tinkamų finansuoti projekto išlaidų A kategorijos tautinio paveldo produktų kūrėjui (ši nuostata taip pat taikoma A ir B kategorijos tautinio paveldo produktų kūrėjui, jeigu A kategorijos produktai sudaro ne mažiau kaip 70 proc. visų sertifikuotų produktų, kuriems realizuoti / demonstruoti teikiama paraiška).
50 proc. visų tinkamų projekto išlaidų gali būti finansuojama B kategorijos tautinio paveldo produktų kūrėjui, 65 proc. visų tinkamų finansuoti projekto išlaidų A ir B kategorijos tautinio paveldo produktų kūrėjui, jeigu A kategorijos produktai sudaro mažiau nei 70 proc. visų sertifikuotų produktų, kuriems realizuoti / demonstruoti teikiama paraiška. 100 proc. finansuojamos visos tinkamos išlaidos tradicinių amatų edukaciniams užsiėmimams organizuoti Lietuvoje.
Paraiškas Nacionalinei mokėjimo agentūrai prie Žemės ūkio ministerijos tautinio paveldo produktų kūrėjai kviečiami teikti iki šių metų kovo 31 d. Detalius reikalavimus paraiškų pateikimui rasite žemės ūkio ministro Kęstučio Navicko įsakymu patvirtintose Tautinio paveldo veiklos finansavimo taisyklėse.
