Žemės ūkio ministerija, atsižvelgdama į Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 metų strateginio plano pakeitimus ir siekdama aiškiau išdėstyti reikalavimus pareiškėjams, pretenduojantiems gauti tiesiogines išmokas, šiuo metu tikslina Paramos už žemės ūkio naudmenas ir kitus plotus bei ūkinius gyvūnus paraiškos ir tiesioginių išmokų administravimo bei kontrolės taisykles.
Šiemet pareiškėjai galės pretenduoti gauti šias tiesiogines išmokas: bazinę išmoką ir papildomą perskirstomąją pajamų paramos tvarumui didinti išmoką, papildomą pajamų paramos jaunajam ūkininkui išmoką, ekologinės sistemos išmoką, susietosios pajamų paramos už plotą ir (arba ūkinius gyvūnus) išmoką.
Taisyklių projekte keičiama aktyviam ūkininkui taikoma leistina tiesioginių išmokų riba, taip pat tikslinami bendrieji šienavimo reikalavimai tiesioginėms išmokoms gauti.
Pakeitimų sulauks ir dalyvaujantieji kompleksinių ekologinių sistemų veiklose – keičiama Veiksmingumo ir efektyvumo metodika, tikslinami ir papildomi reikalavimai paramai gauti.
Į taisykles yra įtraukta ir nauja ekologinė sistema „Ariamosios žemės keitimas pievomis, jų išlaikymas ir priežiūra“, kurioje numatytos dvi veiklos: „Ariamosios žemės keitimas daugiametėmis pievomis“ (parama skiriama už ariamosios žemės plotų pavertimą daugiametėmis pievomis) ir „Daugiamečių pievų išlaikymas ir priežiūra“ (parama skiriama už daugiamečių pievų išlaikymą ir jų priežiūrą).
Papildytų taisyklių nuostatos bus taikomos 2024 m. ir vėlesniais metais pateiktoms paramos už žemės ūkio naudmenas ir kitus plotus bei ūkinius gyvūnus paraiškoms.
