Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija kartu su Turto banku inicijuota akcija „Laiptynės 2023“ pranoko lūkesčius – žingsniavimo iššūkyje dalyvavo 100 valstybės institucijų, o kartu tarnautojai nuėjo daugiau nei 1,37 mlrd. žingsnių arba 985 tūkst. kilometrų.
Valstybės įstaigos mėnesį tarpusavyje varžėsi nueinamų žingsnių skaičiumi, o tarnautojai buvo skatinami rinktis sveikatai naudingą judėjimo būdą bei taupyti energiją.
Sveikatos apsaugos ministras Arūnas Dulkys sako, kad varžytuvių rezultatai labiau nei įkvepiantys – tai rodo, kad sveiko gyvenimo įpročiai gali būti formuojami bet kuriuo gyvenimo tarpsniu, tik reikia tam tinkamos formos.
„Sveikinu valstybės tarnautojus, aktyviai įsitraukusius į žingsniavimo iššūkį ir parodžiusius pavyzdį visiems. Tikiuosi, po varžytuvių jų įpročiai niekur nedings ir jie toliau rinksis ėjimą kaip malonų ir sveikatinantį užsiėmimą. Sveiko gyvenimo įpročiai yra formuojami ilgai ir nuosekliai, tik ketvirtadalis žmonių Lietuvoje teigia, kad jie gyvena sveikai, todėl šios varžytuvės yra aiškus signalas, kad pasirinkus įdomias įtraukimo formas per trumpą laiką galima pasiekti įspūdingų rezultatų. Dėl to mus visus ir sveikinu“, – teigia A. Dulkys, pats įsitraukęs į varžytuves ir nuėjęs beveik 133 tūkst. žingsnių.
Turto banko skaičiavimu, daugiau nei 5 tūkst. tarnautojų iš viso apie Žemę apėjo daugiau nei 28 kartus. Žingsnių skaičius buvo registruojamas programėlėje „Walk15“.
„Iniciatyva pranoko mūsų lūkesčius – ministerijų, valstybės įstaigų darbuotojai labai įsitraukė į iššūkį, o laimėtojai skirtingose kategorijose sprendėsi paskutinėmis dienomis. Sieksime, kad tokia akcija taptų tradicine, ieškosime resursų ir partnerių, kad „Laiptynėse“ kitais metais galėtų dalyvauti visos norinčios įstaigos, ne tik Turto banko klientai“, – sako Turto banko generalinis direktorius Mindaugas Sinkevičius.
Aktyviausi vaikščiotojai
Valstybės įstaigos tarpusavyje varžėsi dviejose kategorijose – daugiausiai nuėjusios komandos ir didžiausio žingsnių vidurkio skaičiumi vienam komandos nariui.
Absoliučiai daugiausiai žingsnių kartu nuėjo Užimtumo tarnyba prie LR Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos. 200 žmonių komanda iš viso per mėnesį nužingsniavo beveik 63 mln. žingsnių. Į prizinį trejetuką paskutinėmis iššūkio dienomis įsiveržė Lietuvos kalėjimų tarnyba, iš viso nužingsniavusi daugiau nei 54 mln. žingsnių. Trečioji liko Vilniaus SODROS komanda, iš viso nuėjusi 54 mln. 347 tūkst. žingsnių ir nuo antrosios vietos atsilikusi vos per 300 tūkst. žingsnių.
Daugiausiai nuėjusios komandos
I vieta – apdovanojimą atsiima Užimtumo tarnybos prie LR Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijos komanda
II vieta – Lietuvos kalėjimų tarnybos komanda
III vieta – Vilniaus SODROS komanda
Žingsnių vidurkio kategorijoje užtikrintai pirmąją vietą užėmė Lietuvos geologijos tarnyba prie LR Aplinkos ministerijos. 22-iejų žmonių komanda iš viso nužygiavo net 9,3 mln. žingsnių, t. y. po 422 tūkst. žingsnių per mėnesį kiekvienam komandos nariui. Antrieji šioje kategorijoje liko Valstybinio patentų biuro darbuotojai, trečioji vieta teko Aplinkos projektų valdymo agentūrai prie LR Aplinkos ministerijos.
