Paskelbus kvietimą teikti paraiškas paramai gauti bearimės žemdirbystės technologijoms įsigyti, jau pirmąją dieną sulaukta 70 ūkininkų paraiškų. Iš viso šiam kvietimui buvo numatyta skirti 8 mln. eurų Europos Sąjungos Modernizavimo fondo lėšų. Per pirmąją kvietimo savaitę sulaukta 117 paraiškų už 8,2 mln. eurų, tad, išnaudojus kvietimui skirtas lėšas, paraiškų rinkimas yra sustabdytas.
Pareiškėjai vienai sėjamajai įsigyti pagal priemonę „Energiškai efektyvių ir klimatui palankių investicijų, skatinant taikyti tiesioginę sėją žemės ūkio gamyboje“ gali gauti iki 80 tūkst. eurų paramos, tačiau bendra paramos suma negali viršyti 40 proc. sėjamosios įsigijimo kainos.
Pagrindinis minėtų investicijų tikslas – paskatinti taikyti žemės ūkio augalų auginimą bearimiu būdu, kuris tiesiogiai užtikrina energijos sąnaudų mažinimą ir prisideda prie dirvožemio kokybės gerinimo bei biologinės įvairovės dirvožemyje išsaugojimo.
Teikiantys paraiškas ūkininkai prisiima ir tam tikrus įsipareigojimus. Pagrindinis įsipareigojimas – kitais metais po kompensacijos gavimo atsisakyti dalies lengvatinio akcizo degalų normos, tai yra, po 3000 litrų degalų, skaičiuojant kiekvienam įsigytos sėjamosios darbinio pločio metrui.
Degalų sutaupymo kriterijus buvo pasirinktas remiantis Lietuvoje atliktais moksliniais tyrimais, vertinusiais bearimių technologijų kuro sunaudojimą, taip pat reaguojant į Modernizavimo fondo priemonei keliamus energinio efektyvumo didinimo ir šiltnamio efektą sukeliančių dujų emisijų sumažinimo tikslus.
2021 m. Europos investicijų bankas patvirtino 30 mln. eurų bearimių technologijų plėtrai Lietuvoje – atsižvelgus į didelį priemonės populiarumą šio kvietimo metu, planuojama kreiptis į EIB dėl antrojo mokėjimo, siekiant dar šiais metais pratęsti paraiškų rinkimą.
