„Kaip valstybė ir kaip visuomenė turime sudaryti geriausias galimybes įvairių poreikių vaikams kartu augti ir mokytis atskleidžiant kiekvieno galias. Ši Vyriausybė skiria daug lėšų stiprinti pagalbą mokykloms, mokytojams, švietimo pagalbos specialistams, kad visi vaikai galėtų mokytis kartu. Šiandien atidaromas Lietuvos įtraukties švietime centras veiks ir jau veikia kaip nacionalinė ekspertinė institucija, kuri rūpinsis įtraukiojo ugdymo įgyvendinimu švietimo įstaigose, konsultuos ir padės mokykloms“, – sako švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministras Gintautas Jakštas.
Lietuvos įtraukties švietime centro vadovė Sandra Valantiejienė akcentuoja, kad Centro darbuotojai yra švietimo pagalbos specialistai.
„Šiuo metu keliose mokyklose jau taikome ir vertiname vaikų turinčių mokymosi sutrikimus ugdymo organizavimo modelį, kurį vėliau bus galima taikyti ir kitose Lietuvos mokyklose. Taip pat centras rengia nuolatines konsultacijas mokyklų komandoms. Planuojame, kad šįmet parengsime ir „Vaiko stebėjimo korteles”, skirtas vaiko socialiniam pedagoginiam vertinimui nuo 1 iki 9 klasės“, – sako S. Valantiejienė.
Dabar daugiau kaip 90 proc. specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turinčių mokinių ugdomi bendrosios paskirties klasėse, bet nuo 2024 m. rugsėjo, įsigaliojus Švietimo įstatymo pakeitimams, visos bendrojo ugdymo mokyklos ir darželiai priims specialiųjų poreikių vaikus, jei jų tėvai, pasitarę su specialistais, nuspręs, kad lankyti bendrojo ugdymo įstaigą jų vaikui yra geriausia.
Įtraukiojo ugdymo principai šalies mokyklose, darželiuose taikomi jau ne vieną dešimtmetį ir nemažai ugdymo įstaigų tai nėra naujovė. Visgi siekiant, kad visose ugdymo įstaigose įtrauktis būtų taikoma plačiai ir drąsiai, valstybė yra numačiusi ir vykdo įvairias priemones: didinamas švietimo pagalbos finansavimas – šįmet skirta beveik penktadaliu daugiau lėšų nei pernai – 136 mln. Eur.; steigiami regioniniai specialiojo ugdymo centrai, mokinių įvairovei atviros klasės; stiprinama metodinė pagalba pedagogams; diegiamas universalus dizainas mokymuisi; skiriamas finansavimas pritaikyti švietimo įstaigų aplinką žmonėms su negalia; didinamas priėmimas į specialiosios pedagogikos studijas; mokytojams suteikiamos galimybės nemokamai persikvalifikuoti į specialiuosius pedagogus.
