Šį rudenį ūkininkai ir žemės ūkio veiklą vykdantys juridiniai asmenys, siekiantys sustiprinti savo ūkių konkurencingumą, vėl galės supaprastinta tvarka kreiptis investicinės paramos. Pagal Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano intervencinę priemonę „Investicijos į žemės ūkio valdas“ ūkiams modernizuoti bus skirta 40 mln. eurų.
Remiami bus visi žemės ūkio sektoriai: pieninė galvijininkystė, mėsinė gyvulininkystė (įskaitant mėsinę galvijininkystę, avininkystę, ožkininkystę, triušininkystę, kiaulininkystę, paukštininkystę (įskaitant kiaušinių gamybą) ir kiti gyvulininkystės sektoriai), taip pat sodininkystė, daržininkystė, uogininkystė bei kiti augalininkystės sektoriai.
Kiekvienam iš šių keturių sektorių – pieninės galvijininkystės; mėsinės gyvulininkystės; sodininkystės; daržininkystės ir uogininkystės bei kitiems augalininkystės sektoriams – skiriama po 10 mln. eurų paramos lėšų.
Paramos galės kreiptis didesni ūkiai, t. y. pareiškėjai, kurių valdos ekonominis dydis (VED), išreikštas produkcijos standartine verte, yra ne mažesnis kaip 30 001 Eur. Vienam projektui įgyvendinti bus galima prašyti iki 80 tūkst. eurų arba 280 tūkst. eurų (kai teikiama investicinė parama ir lengvatinė paskola).
Paramos intensyvumas visuose sektoriuose negalės viršyti 40 proc. tinkamų finansuoti išlaidų.
O štai jauniesiems ūkininkams, kurie penkerių metų laikotarpiu nuo jų įsisteigimo dienos kreipsis paramos pagal šią intervencinę priemonę pirmą kartą, intensyvumas galės būti padidintas 20 procentinių punktų. Didžiausias paramos intensyvumas negalės viršyti 60 proc. tinkamų finansuoti išlaidų vertės.
Kadangi parama pagal šią priemonę teikiama supaprastinta tvarka, atskirai parengti verslo plano nereikės, nes būtina informacija bus integruojama į paraiškos formą. Pakeitus priemonės įgyvendinimo taisykles, ūkio ekonominį gyvybingumą apibūdinantys rodikliai bus skaičiuojami tik pagal praėjusių arba ataskaitinių metų finansinės atskaitomybės duomenis. Tinkamomis finansuoti išlaidomis bus pripažįstamos traktorių ir kitos žemės ūkio technikos (išskyrus žemės ūkio techniką, kuri ES tipo patvirtinime turi nustatytą žemesnį kaip V etapo išmetamųjų teršalų ribinės vertės (Stage V standarto) variklio tipą) įsigijimo išlaidos. Taip pat atsisakyta reikalavimo pateikti su pareiškėju susijusių asmenų (sutuoktinių, brolių, seserų, vaikų) sutikimus dėl asmens duomenų tvarkymo.
Paraiškas supaprastinta tvarka bus galima teikti jau nuo spalio 7 d. Jos bus renkamos iki lapkričio 4 d.
