Smulkūs kiaules laikantys ūkiai galės teikti paraiškas ir gauti valstybės pagalbą biologinio saugumo priemonių įsigijimo išlaidoms kompensuoti. Paraiškos savivaldybėse renkamos nuo birželio 12 d. iki liepos 31 d.
Šiai pagalbai iš viso skirta 300 tūkst. Eur. Pareiškėjams atlyginama iki 90 proc., bet ne daugiau kaip 900 Eur vienam pareiškėjui, biologinio saugumo priemonių įsigijimo išlaidų. Tinkamos finansuoti yra išlaidos, patirtos nuo einamųjų metų sausio 1 d. iki paraiškos pateikimo dienos.
Biologinio saugumo priemonės – tai tvoros tvartams aptverti, pašarų terminio apdorojimo įranga, dezinfekciniai barjerai ir purkštuvai, asmenų persirengimo patalpų įranga, taip pat plovimo, valymo, dezinfekcijos įranga ir priemonės bei kt.
Pagalba teikiama pareiškėjams, kurie sudarė sąlygas Valstybinės maisto ir veterinarijos tarnybos atstovams patikrinti ūkinių gyvūnų laikymo vietą, taip pat įsigijo biologinio saugumo reikalavimų įgyvendinimui užtikrinti reikalingas priemones.
Pareiškėjai 2022 m. paskutinį ketvirtį ir iki paraiškos pateikimo dienos turėjo laikyti nuo 1 iki 100 suženklintų ir registruotų kiaulių. Norintys gauti paramą kiaulių laikytojai neturi būti gavę pagalbos pagal šią priemonę 2022 metais, taip pat neteisėtos ES pagalbos.
Jei lėšų poreikis pagal pateiktas paraiškas viršys pagalbai skirtas lėšas, kiekvienam pagalbos gavėjui apskaičiuota pagalbos suma bus mažinama proporcingai trūkstamų lėšų kiekiui, tačiau ne daugiau nei 40 proc.
Paraiškos ir kiti privalomi pateikti dokumentai priimami savivaldybėse pagal fizinio asmens gyvenamąją vietą arba juridinio asmens buveinės adresą. Kartu su užpildyta paraiška pateikiamas asmens tapatybės patvirtinimo dokumentas, o juridinių asmenų įgaliotas asmuo turės pateikti ir atstovavimo pagrindą pagrindžiantį dokumentą bei biologinio saugumo reikalavimų įgyvendinimui užtikrinti reikalingų priemonių įsigijimo įrodymo dokumentų originalus arba patvirtintas jų kopijas.
