Nuo kovo 1 d. savivaldybės, ūkininkai, melioracijos sistemų naudotojų asociacijos ir fizinių ar juridinių asmenų grupės bus kviečiamos teikti paraiškas dėl melioracijos sistemų būklės gerinimo.
Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 metų strateginio plano intervencinės priemonės „Investicijos į melioracijos sistemas“ tikslas – rekonstruoti esamas melioracijos sistemas, sudarant galimybes ūkiams didinti žemės ūkio veiklos produktyvumą bei tuo pat metu užtikrinti tvarią gamtos išteklių (vandens) apsaugą nuo taršiųjų medžiagų išplovimo, diegiant reguliuojamą drenažą.
Pagal intervencinę priemonę remiamos šios veiklos ir atitinkamai šiemet joms skiriamos paramos lėšos:
- reguliuojamojo drenažo įdiegimas į esamas rekonstruotas melioracijos sistemas (4 mln. Eur);
- esamų melioracijos sistemų rekonstravimas (7,2 mln. Eur).
Pareiškėjas per vieną kvietimą teikti paramos paraiškas gali pateikti tik vieną paraišką pagal vieną iš šių dviejų veiklų.
Paraiškos, kurias teikia norintys vykdyti esamų melioracijos sistemų rekonstravimo veiklą, Nacionalinėje mokėjimo agentūroje bus priimamos iki paraiškų teikimo laikotarpio pabaigos – balandžio 31 d.
Atkreiptinas dėmesys, kad paramos paraiškos pagal reguliuojamojo drenažo įdiegimo į esamas rekonstruotas melioracijos sistemas veiklą gali būti priimamos iki tos dienos, kai NMA interneto tinklalapyje paskelbiama, jog viršyta paraiškų priėmimo etapui skirta paramos lėšų suma.
Galima paramos suma
Paramos suma pareiškėjui skiriasi atsižvelgiant į projekte numatomą vykdyti veiklą.
Planuojantiems įdiegti reguliuojamąjį drenažą į esamas rekonstruotas melioracijos sistemas didžiausia galima paramos suma projektui – iki 40 tūkst. Eur. Finansuojama 80 proc. visų tinkamų finansuoti projekto išlaidų.
Ketinantiems rekonstruoti esamas melioracijos sistemas didžiausia projektui galima skirti paramos suma – iki 300 tūkst. Eur, finansuojant iki 65 proc. visų tinkamų finansuoti projekto išlaidų.
Susidomėjimas tikrai didelis
Pasak Žemės ūkio ministerijos Paramos verslui skyriaus vyr. specialisto Rimanto Dambrausko, susidomėjimas parama kaimo melioracijos sistemų atnaujinimu, jos rekonstrukcija yra tikrai didelis, nes Lietuva yra permainingų orų kraštas. Šalies melioracijos įrenginių nusidėvėjimas kai kuriose šalies vietovėse siekia 70 proc. ir daugiau. Mūsų žemdirbiams melioracija yra labai svarbi – jos būklė turi įtakos žemės ūkio veiklos produktyvumui.
Pernai buvo pateiktos 32 paraiškos, kuriose prašoma paramos esamų melioracijos sistemų rekonstravimui. Šiai veiklai buvo skirta 7,2 mln. Eur paramos lėšų. Tuo tarpu paraiškose prašoma paramos suma sudarė daugiau kaip 9,4 mln. Eur. Skyrus papildomą finansavimą (1,035 mln. Eur) paraiškoms, kurios buvo surinkusios vienodą balų skaičių, tačiau neužteko kvietimui finansuoti skirtų lėšų, iš viso buvo vertinamos 28 paraiškos.
