Valstybinė augalininkystės tarnyba prie Žemės ūkio ministerijos (VAT) yra patvirtinusi sąrašą žydinčių žemės ūkio augalų, kuriuos leidžiama purkšti augalų apsaugos produktais nuo 4 val. iki 21 val.
Augalų apsaugos produktų saugojimo, tiekimo rinkai, naudojimo taisyklėse yra patikslinta, kada nereikalaujama suvesti į Paraiškų priėmimo informacinę sistemą (PPIS) informacijos apie augalų apsaugos produktų naudojimą, kai planuojama purkšti žydinčius augalus (išskyrus tuos, kurie yra įrašyti į VAT patvirtintą sąrašą), ir kada netaikomos naktinio purškimo (nuo 21 val. iki 4 val.) nuostatos.
